“Come on Johnny, pleaaaase?” You whine, tugging at his arm.
“But why?” He whines. “I don’t like this.”
“But it’s fun!” You smiled.
“No… It’s not. It’s completely horrifying.”
“It’s not that scary.” You roll your eyes. “And besides, we’re already in line.”
“But we can get out of line.”
“Nope. We’re here, and we’re staying.” You say firmly.
“But-“
“No buts.”
“Fine. I’ll do it for you.”
“Good.” You grin.
The next ten minutes in line were long.
“You ready?” You smile at Johnny.
He takes a deep breath as he sits down in the seat, buckling his seat belt. “Well I can’t exactly get off now.”
And the roller coaster started with a jerk.
Slowly, the cars creep up the track. You squeeze Johnny’s hand, just to let him know you’re there.
As you reach the top of the first hill, he squeezes his eyes shut.
“I hate you.” He mutters.
“No. You love-” and then the roller coaster plummets, making you scream.
And Johnny just laughs.
"Thanks for walking me home Darry.?" He looked at you with his sparkling eyes. "No problem y/n" he said to you. You met Darry when you had to got to Ponyboy's for a progect. He came and answered the door when you knocked. You've had a crush in him ever since. You were were in front of your house. "Um...y/n would ya...uhhh...maybe...wanna...go out sometime?" He asked you. On the inside you were screaming but you had to stay cool. Answer smoothly. "Yeah it be fun Darry." You answered. Before you left him you pecked him on the cheek and ran inside. Then looked thorough the curtains without Darry seeing you. And Darry stood there with a dumb look on his face holding his cheek. You thought to yourself a life with Darry. It was perfect. A life with Darry is the life you want.
