Meigo Arisa; a level 0 esper created by Shutaura Sequenzia's wish. They eventually reunite with each other and disappear together. She is also so good at singing that Touma and Index came to see her.
She has pink hair and pink eyes. She wears a loose smock-like light pink shirt, and blue pants. One of her most notable traits is that she is often seen wearing what seems to be a light blue newsboy hat with a dove on the left side.
Arisa is a very kind selfless girl. Like Index, she has a ravenous appetite. She is shown to be hardworker, as she failed to have been an esper, she used the fact that she had nothing to work hard in order to become what she is today in hopes of achieving her dreams of being a songstress. But she is somewhat haunted by the fact her singing sometimes follows disaster, although all people in those tragedies survive calling it a 'miracle'.
Arisa was 'born' from Shutaura's prayer, in the form of her consciousness, on the Space Plane Orion she was on, as it malfunctioned and crashed down near Academy City. The only thing she has from the crash was a cracked blue bracelet.
She would later become her own entity, and make a name for herself as a singer on the streets. While aiming for a debut by performing in roadside concerts, she wins an audition for the image song of the opening campaign for Endymion.
She claims to be a Level 0, but she was shown to have stopped magic rubble and fire from hurting Touma with her voice alone, and it is referred to as a miracle. It is also later revealed that Arisa is an alter ego created by the Saint Shutaura Sequenzia's wish to save the people from the spaceplane Orion.
