Although he’s no longer considered the strongest in Academy City, Accelerator can still handle a group of thugs with ease. He feels, however, that something has changed. On his way home one night, he finds himself being followed by a girl wearing only a ragged blanket, and she calls herself Misaka. More specifically, she’s Misaka No. 20001, code named Last Order, and she claims that because the experiment was stopped, she got thrown out of the incubator. She wants Accelerator to contact the researchers for her, and though he doesn’t want to, she follows him all the way to his apartment....

Tsuchimikado admits to being not only a mage, but also a spy sent to Academy City because science is the enemy of magic. However, as a result of the esper curriculum, he lost the ability to use magic. Regardless of this, because they suspect that the person responsible for Angel Fall is close to Touma, Kaori, Tsuchimikado, and Misha decide to stick with him. They join Touma’s family at the inn, but Tsuchimikado stays out of view because the spell he and Kaori cast on themselves to prevent themselves from being affected by Angel Fall wasn’t perfect – the people who have switched bodies...

Konori Mii (固法 美偉 Konori Mii) is a recurring character in the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun side story. A high school student of Academy City, she is a Level 3 esper and is Chief of the 177th Branch of Judgment where Uiharu Kazari and Shirai Kuroko work. As their senpai (upperclassman) before becoming chief, she tries to make sure both girls do their work at Judgment seriously and at the same time wants them to be safe.

She has short black hair and is often seen wearing glasses. She also has great proportions and is well-endowed as well. She has a red jacket that she wears from time to time....
