He always thinks before he acts and sometimes worries too much, but that never stops him from having fun with friends.
He carries around a stuffed panda named Pandy.
He wishes that one day he would be a panda.
My opinion on Tolee is that he is the next best character there was.
Even though he loves pandas, he can never stop talking about them.
