Hi. This chapter will be a short chapter with a crappy ending because it was all I could come up with. Enjoy!

Savannah's POV

So, let me get this straight", I said. "The Volturi know about me and are planning to kill me and Alicia, and so, we have to go into hiding for a little while"? "That's about it". "Ok. I have a question". "Shoot". "Why do the Volturi want to kill me"? "They think you are an Immortal Child". "A wuzzah-what"? He laughed. "An Immortal Child. Long ago, vampires used to turn children. The children got out of control. And so, the Volturi got involved". "Oh. But, I'm not an Immortal Child! Well, I am. But, I'm half-human"! "I know that. But, the Volturi don't know that. We need to get you and Alicia to safety". "But, wouldn't that just be lieing to the law? And wouldn't they just track our scent"? "That is a good point". "Why do they want to kill Alicia anyway"? "The law is that if a human knows about our kind, then that human either has to be turned or, die". "Where would we go"? He smiled. "Louisiana".
