well.. you have so many techniques today, but i believe that her hair will be changed since it should be longer and darker in bd... fuller lips (maybe they'll have some fillers for that or some make up trick)... most likely the make up will be different, heavier or they can make a special mask to emphasize some features of her face.. there are million ways of getting her beautiful..
They won't have to do much. Kristen Stewart is really pretty, have you seen her in pics from photo shoots etc.? Bella is pretty too, but they keep her more natural looking in that role.I think they did it on purpose because when she is a vampire all they will have to do is possibly extensions, and makeup and contacts. They will change the style of clothing she wears and that's it. They cannot replace Kristen Stewart as Bella it would ruin the whole thing.
my friend told me that they might get another actress to play bella as a vampire but i thought they were just going to put loads of make-up on her and edit her so she looks more vampire-ish

they wont replace her. i have connections and i emailed steph to her real email(secret non-fan one) and she said she wont let them replace her.
well i think that bella is already the most beautiful girl in the world so they dont need to do anything, but the only way she is going to seem more beautiful is by sparkling

they put alot on to make it bella, to make her look a little worser that her actress. Krisen Stewart. So they might only fix the hair, and barley make up
I have two guesses on that. They'll probably do special effects to make her look more astonishingly beautiful, or they'll probably get a prettier actress to play vampire Bella but looks like Kristen at the same time. Actually, I'm not sure how they're gonna pull a lot of things off in Breaking Dawn. They've already said they're gonna have trouble with Renesmee, so it's more of a wait-and-see thing.
