Carmine Falcone is a classic Batman villain. Although he's not a traditional supervillain, he's managed to be quite a big threat to Batman.

Carmine Falcone was created by writer Frank Miller and artist David Mazzucchelli.

Carmine Falcone first appeared in 1987.

Carmine Falcone's first appearance was the Batman: Year One storyline from the comics. That story takes place before Batman became Gotham City's symbol of hope.

Before the colorful supervillains came around, Carmine Falcone was the most dangerous villain in Gotham City. He was a powerful mob boss that was able to control just about anyone, including the police. He was friends with Commissioner Loeb. He practically ruled the city, until he was stopped by Batman.

Carmine Falcone's visual design is heavily inspired by Marlon Brando as Vito Corleone in The Godfather. In Batman: The Long Halloween, Carmine is dressed in a black suit that looks almost exactly like Vito's black suit from The Godfather. Both suits even have a red flower.

In addition to looking like Marlon Brando's Godfather character, Carmine Falcone also acts a lot like him. Like Vito Corleone, Carmine Falcone is a sinister mob boss that has a soft side when it comes to family. Like Vito, Carmine deeply loves his family and tries to take care of his loved ones.

In Batman: The Long Halloween, lots of Carmine's family members are introduced. Most of them are involved with Carmine's mob.

Carmine Falcone has the same first name as Carmine Coppola, the father of Godfather director Francis Ford Coppola. Whether or not Carmine Falcone was named after the director's father is unknown.

Carmine Falcone has a daughter named Sofia. Francis Ford Coppola's daughter is also named Sofia. Like with the Carmine name, it's unknown if Sofia Falcone is named after the director's daughter.

One of Carmine Falcone's sons, named Alberto, was likely inspired by Michael Corleone.

Catwoman believes that Carmine Falcone is secretly her father. The comics usually avoid directly confirming whether or not he is her birth father.

Carmine Falcone's first film appearance was 2005's Batman Begins. He was played by Tom Wilkinson. Carmine's role in the film was based off of his role in Batman: Year One.

In the comics and Gotham television series, Carmine Falcone is rivals with fellow mob boss Sal Maroni. In The Dark Knight trilogy, Sal Maroni becomes Carmine's successor as Gotham City's main mob boss.

Carmine Falcone appeared in the animated adaptations of Batman: Year One and Batman: The Long Halloween.

Carmine Falcone was a recurring character in the Gotham television series. He was played by John Doman. This version of the character was a traditional mob boss who tried to thrive in a city that was starting to become overrun by supervillains.

Carmine Falcone appeared in 2022's The Batman. He was played by John Turturro. This version of the character was Penguin's boss.

In the comics, Carmine Falcone is often referred to as Carmine "the Roman" Falcone. In the animated adaptation of The Long Halloween, he is referred to as "Godfather", which is yet another thing that he has in common with Vito Corleone.

Barbie is a 2023 film adaptation of the popular line of dolls of the same name. When the Barbie film first started getting advertised, it quickly made an impression on people. It became clear that the live-action Barbie film wasn't going to be like any of the animated Barbie films. It was going in a very unique direction. Since then, people have wanted to see how the film would turn out.

The Barbie film has the titular character living in Barbieland. At first, everything seems to be perfect for all of the Barbies. However, the main Barbie of the film starts displaying humanistic attributes that...

Writing articles is a fun hobby, but it isn't always easy. There are times where I don't know what to write. Also, there are times where I don't feel like writing. However, despite all the challenges that I've faced, writing articles for Fanpop has become something that I really enjoy.

Why do I enjoy writing articles on Fanpop? Because it gives me a chance to share my thoughts with you. Due to my autism, I struggle to communicate in conventual ways. However, writing these articles gives me a chance to share how I feel with you. It has given me a chance to let you know what I like and why I like...

In a previous article, I listed off the various DVDs in my Batman collection. A majority of my superhero DVDs are Batman DVDs. However, I do have DVDs of other superhero stuff, so I thought I'd list them off.

Superman

Aside from Batman, Superman is the superhero that I have the most DVDs of. That's probably because Superman is one of my favorite superheroes in addition to being a character that has had more DVDs than most superheroes.

My Superman DVDs include the following:

Superman 2: The Richard Donner Cut

Superman Returns

Superman 5 Film Collection (This DVD set includes the four Christopher Reeve...

The Riddler is one of my all-time favorite villains, because of how well he was played by Frank Gorshin. Frank Gorshin was the very first actor to play a classic villain from the Batman comics. To this day, I think he remains one of the most talented actors to have ever appeared in the Batman franchise. For this article, I'll be listing Frank Gorshin's various appearances in Batman.

Episodes from the original Batman television series that Frank Gorshin played the Riddler in:

1. Hi Diddle Riddle

2. Smack in the Middle

3. A Riddle a Day Keeps the Riddler Away

4. When the Rat's Away the Mice Will Play...

In my previous article, I mentioned how Steve's message for the fans of Blue's Clues inspired me to make a message for Steve. In addition, it has inspired me to make a message for another one of my favorite people. In this case, I have a message for someone very, very special. The person that I'm referring to is my grandfather.

My message for my grandfather:

Hi, Grandfather. When I was younger, you used to pick me up after school and take me to the comic book store. I was a huge fan of superheroes, so the comic book store was my favorite store in the whole world. School was very stressful for...

For the 25th anniversary of Blue Clues, Steven Burns made a video for the fans. In the video, he talked about what he had been up to since he left the series. He also expressed his eternal gratitude to the fans for all the help that they have given him over the years. Steve's video is one of my personal favorite videos of all time. In order to thank Steve, I'd like to share a message of my own that's inspired by his message.

My message for Steve:

Hi, Steve. Do you remember how when I was little, I would watch you and Blue? Back then, I was just learning to walk and talk, so my memories might...

Frozen 3 has been announced. Since I'm obsessed with both Frozen films, I can't wait for Frozen 3. In fact, it's my most anticipated film that's coming out in the next few years. In addition to being excited for the film, I'm hyped to see what dolls they make for Frozen 3. The first Frozen film had a good line of dolls, but Frozen 2 topped it. I would go as far as to say that Frozen 2 has the coolest series of dolls that I've ever seen.

As great as the first Frozen film's dolls were, the selection of characters was a bit limited. The only characters that got dolls were Anna, Elsa, Kristoff...

Adam West was a legendary actor that made a big impact on his fans. He also made a big impact on his co-stars from the Batman television series. For this article, I'll be going over how Adam West got along with them.

Burt Ward

Together, Adam West and Burt Ward were television's original Dynamic Duo. Due to Burt Ward being a young adult at the time, Adam West had a lot to teach his fellow caped crusader. The two became friends and worked together multiple times over the following decades. Burt Ward thought highly of Adam West. His tribute to Adam West was very emotional and sweet.

Note: This article is a sequel to my "The Time I Met Batman" article. I recommend reading that article first.

Back in the day, there were personalized books that parents could order that would insert their kids into the story. In my previous article, I mentioned that there was a personalized Batman book. In addition to there being a Batman book, there was also a book starring Superman and Wonder Woman.

The book was written by Joel Rose.

I will share the contents of the book in this article. I will leave out some sentences for time. The book uses my name, but for this article, I'll refer to myself...
