He pulled the trigger before words could escape, and watched as the vampire disintegrated.
Quickly he left the church and headed into the woods, first a town of beasts and now a vampire, what more could he handle?
While walking, enjoying the night of no stars and a half moon, his red eyes caught a girl of smaller stature than his own. "A human? But I thought they all died in town."
D's eyes narrowed as he stalked the girl, she was running, but from what? Ignoring all his senses to pursue the her and take her fresh blood, he followed the human instead. She was quick and agile, her eyes showed no fear, yet deep inside he could read she was petrified. Suddenly, she stopped backing up against a gate, cornered as a dark shadow towered over her.
"I thought I killed him?" He hissed placing his hand on his Smith and Wesson.

Jeb smiled, staring down at the small infant in front of him.
"Magnificent little creature, isn't he?" Jeb held up the small dark hair child.
"What make him more special than the other ones, Sir?" A scientist sat behind him, filling out paperwork.
"Don't you know?" Jeb turned his head and looked behind him. "This little fellow was born two months earlier than expected." The scientist gave Jeb a confused look.
"But Sir, he-" Jeb cut him off
"Yes, I know he looks like full term child...but he isn't." Jeb set the small infant down and picked up the paperwork...

"Five more minutes..." he rolled over pressing his face into the couch cushion.
"Get up! Unless you want Dariyn to burn to death, I SUGGEST YOU MOVE IT!" Naliak jerked Jaime off the couch as he snapped himself upright blurring off, still keeping a tight grip on Naliak.

They left as the sun set in the horizon. Careful not to wake the others, Richi, Aryess, Nic, and Alek quietly left the hotel to finish the long adventure. Traveling across half of the city, none of them spoke a word the whole way through. Finally reaching the Itexicon building, Nic led them into the building from the rooftop. "You'd think they'd have better security..." muttered Richi, obviously suspicious of how easy it was to enter. After finding the stairs down, the 4 carefully climbed down the steps, floor by floor, until they stopped at the 10th floor, where the stairs were barricaded....

She reached the edge of the zone of destruction and halted in her tracks.  A semi-concious Scotch had her arms loosely around Richi’s neck, who stood in the center of the ruins. Everything surrounding them was blown back, demolished, as if there had been a vicious tornado, and the two teens had been in the eye of it.
 “Remind me not to piss Scotch off,” Blaze muttered, who had reached the wolf along with the others.

Red Revenge Series Finale Announced

DragonAnimations, the owner of the Red Revenge character and series, announced today that the series would be reaching it's finale in the series' sixth book: The Legend Falls.
Red Revenge, who has only been around for a single year, has published a total seven and a half books (after the full release of What Matters?), completed a four-episode stand-alone season of Becca vs Revenge* (the series was voted to cancel by readers) and several one-shots (some involving characters belonging to different owners).

Adrenaline pumping, Zephyr rushed forward to meet one of the attackers, katana in hand. His dark eyes gleamed with a terrifying fierceness as he focused all his power on the enemy.
SilverWings allowed instinct to take over as she fended of a foe with her one good arm, Thirteen defending his partner from behind.
Blaze, hands aflame, pounded the closest thug, leaving just as many bruises as burns.
Richi had his black one-handed sword drawn and slashing at the thugs. Many tried to stay out of his reach, but a select few were unfortunate enough to receive...

He paced back and forth in his room. He couldn't sleep, couldn't eat, knowing that Tara was in the hands of a relentless murderer. He racked his brain for any kind of solution, any plan. But he didn't even know where she had been taken.
He had to figure that out first. Alek moved to his desk, scanning every piece of weaponry and equipment. His eyes fell on a small box. It could fit in his palm, round with a latched top. It was only about two inches tall, an inch deep. It wasn't very heavy despite the authentic silver rim and latches.
