Gordon and the Double Decker Coaches

Gordon was feeling grumpy. This was making James cross. "Why are you complaining all the time?" Asked James.

"Because I am a splendid express engine. You're just a small engine that gets nothing, but ideas above their station."

"I can't see any." Replied Percy.

"Any what?" Said Gordon.

"Ideas above the station." Said Percy nervously.

"It's just a saying. Little green engines like you are too stupid to understand." Said Gordon.

James laughed, but Gordon was still grumpy, and left the sheds.

"Stupid inspector." Said Gordon to himself, "He got scared...

They're so hilarious!" George remarked, "Thanks veddy much. We're glad you love them, darling." Paul said, "This time, we'd like to do our next message a bit different than the last one. We'll release it through radio so it can be heard across the country." Nicholas replied, "That would be wonderful, mate!" Scruffy...

"Hello Thomas." Called Percy, "You look splendid."

"Yes indeed." Boasted Thomas, "Blue is the only color for an engine."

"I've got some blue, but most of my paint is grey." Said Sean.

"I like my green paint," Percy replied, "I wouldn't want to be any other color."

"Well, well anyway," Huffed Thomas, "Blue is the only color for a really useful engine. Everyone knows that." And he puffed away importantly....

This ended the Beatles' first adventure with their friends in the present day, and they are certainly looking forward to another one awaiting them soon.

THE END
The arcade was loaded with all kinds of games. There were video games, racing games, claw machines, and dart games. Upon entering, the foursome and the Beatles were given twenty-five tokens. They had lots of fun as they challenged each other while inside. George was able to beat one of the claw machines by winning a box of jelly babies, and Rosie won a keychain from a dart game. It was already getting dark as they went out of the building. The group then ate dinner and watched a musical fountain show. Ringo commented, "Wow. This is really beautiful." Rosie replied, "It truly is. It's also a great way to cap off our visit here." The others nodded in agreement. After the show ended, they went to the gift shop to buy more souvenirs as the park closed for the day.

As they boarded the River Rapids, Paul declared to his mates, "We're not afraid to get wet, aren't we?!" Rosie replied, "Nope!" And with that, the ride took them through some gushing waves, floating logs, and whirlpools.
