As Yakko, Wakko and Dot were about to return to the studio, a fan of their show saw Dot's great flipped hairstyle and began to freak out with excitement.
Male Animaniacs Fan: C-c-c-can I have your autograph, Ms. Dot Warner!? [holds out a blank book]
At first, Dot was confused, but since she was no longer being ridiculed for her hair, she decided to grant her fan his request.
Dot: Aw sure! Anything for my loving fan! [brandishes a pen and writes her signature on his book]
Male Animaniacs Fan: Thanks!
Dot: And I hope you like my fabulous hairdo! [gives her fan a big kiss on the lips]
Male Animaniacs Fan: Ahhh.... [falls faint with a sign of love]
The Warners were greeted by millions of their fans on their way home, as Dot gave all of them her autographs. Soon, the "puppy" children were back at the studio.
Ralph the Guard saw them and was quite surprised to see how Dot's hair looked now. However, he didn't laugh, instead he held out his cap and handed it to his female cast partner.
Ralph: Dahh... Can I have your autograph?
Dot: Why yes! Even my cast partners get autographs! [writes her signature on Ralph's cap]
Ralph: [hugs his cap; sighs] I will cherish this moment forever!
The Warners then went back to their water tower to give themselves some peace and quiet. Along the way their cast partners, from Pinky and the Brain to Slappy Squirrel to Chicken Boo, saw Dot's hairdo and began to follow her with signs of amazement, making Dot realize this.
Dot: Okay, okay, you can all get autographs. [she gets her pen and writes her signature on all of their books] And if you need me, I'll be in the water tower relaxing with my brothers! [goes in the tower with her brothers]
Now that they were in the water tower, the Warner siblings can give themselves some piece and quiet. Yakko was reading a Tiny Toons comic book, Wakko was playing a generic Mario-like video game, and Dot was resting on the couch. However, several of their fans and cast partners bursted in, wanting autographs from Dot and to see her good hair flip. This startled the Warners from their peace and quiet.
Dr. Scratchansniff: Can I have your autograph?
Ralph: Can I pose with you and your good hair?
Minerva Mink: Can I take a picture of you?
This overload of fans proved to be too much for Dot; she screamed and dashed around the tower with her brothers, with their fans chasing them. Finally, after loads of minutes, they were in the bathroom, their only hiding spot left, as every other hiding spot, the bedroom, the living room and others were easily accessible by their fans.
Dot: I think I shouldn't have too many fans looking at my hair. They're crazy over me! Now this is really a bad hair day! [whimpers]
Yakko: Look, if we're gonna drive those insane fans away from you, we're gonna have to give you your typical hairstyle back!
Dot: It's not that easy. I am not sure how my hair is arranged. I have a book that explains it, but I forgot where I put it.
As Wakko was walking, he suddenly felt something under the rug. He removed the something from under the rug and, to his surprise, found the book that his sister mentioned, and he knew it was the key to restoring Dot's hair.
Wakko: Dot, I found it!
Dot: Found what, Wakko?
Wakko: The book that says how you comb your hair!
He held up the book. It was a hardcover book that said "My Typical Hairstyle and How I Make It by Dot Warner".
Dot: [gasps] Oh thank you, thank you, thank you!
Yakko: Now, let's get grooming!
Yakko and Wakko then began to work on Dot's normal hairstyle. Yakko looked at the book and tried to follow its instructions.
Yakko: Ok, let's see here. First, apply shampoo on hair. [looks at the reader confused; he throws away his comb and so does Wakko] Dot, I think you will have to go in the bathtub. [shoves his sister into the bathtub and turns on both the hot and cold faucets]
Dot: Why!?!?
Yakko: You might as well look at your book [shows his sister Step 1 in the book]
Dot: Oh.
Yakko then applies ACME Shampoo on Dot's hair and began to mix them.
Yakko: Next, shape into a clam-like shape
Then, he shaped the hair into the hairstyle that people usually see on Dot.
Yakko: And last but not least, leave hair shape for 24 hours!
Dot: That's what I do to my hair!
Wakko: And now we wait! But first, let me barricade this door. [grabs nails and planks and hammers the planks onto the door]
Yakko and Wakko now had to wait 24 hours for the shampoo to absorb onto Dot's hair to make it hold its shape.
6 hours later...
Yakko and Wakko sat on the floor looking quite bored. Dot, however, was relaxing in the tub.
9 hours later...
The Warners were now sleeping.
9 more hours later...
The Warners were still sleeping, until their fans finally bursted in, breaking the door in the process and waking up the "puppy" children.
Dr. Scratchansniff: Can I have your- [sees Dot's hair, back to normal] autograph?
Dot: Perhaps you have to stick to my regular hairstyle now. You're almost driving me insane!
Minerva Mink: Dot has a point, let's not go crazy on her hair. Now, can I have your autograph?
Dot: Sorry, I already gave you autographs hours ago, but you can selfie with me!
Dr. Scratchansniff: Oh well, I suppose. [grabs his smartphone and takes a selfie of himself with Dot]
Everyone else got their smartphones and began to take selfies with the Warner sister.

Dr. Scratchansniff: See you in the morning! [leaves the tower with the rest of the Animaniacs cast]
Dot: [yawns] And for now, boys, let's have a good night's sleep.
