What is the longest and anime series have you watched?

i think the longest anime i watched is ranma 1/2 170 episodes plus ova and the shortest is the melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya 29 episodes plus the movie

Naruto! *Nod* yup, definitely Naruto! It has 220 episodes (9 Seasons) plus there's Naruto Shippuden with over 263 episodes and it's STILL not finished, it STILL continues! So Naruto + Naruto Shippudesn = 483 episodes (There'll be more!). There is also 8 Naruto movies (3 Naruto and 5 Naruto Shippuden). There are also 4 Naruto OVA's. ALSO, just for edition, Naruto manga has 586 chapters and still not finished (still continues). So let's face it, Naruto is the longest anime series on this planet! *smug face* :D

Naruto/shippuden, it's more than 450 episodes !! Naruto is 220 episodes and the shippuden is still going and the manga is almost 600 chapters plus the ovas and the movies. but it's still one of my favorite animes. and the shortest series was xxx holic , ben-to , mayo chiki and h.o.t.d (12 episodes TT_TT )
