I think it should be made into an anime. I don't know why it isn't yet. I would totally watch it :3

Apparently Kiyohiko said he didn't think it would work as an anime, but I think it would, maybe not the standard anime length, maybe just little 10-15 minute episodes like you get some other programmes, I think that would work well, though maybe you can't get animes like that in Japan. It would be so good if it was an anime though...
