What's your Top 10 Female Villains?

Ahh....Good one....This is going to take a lot of brain strain. I usually lose respect for the female villain when I learn that the only reason she's evil is because she was dumped by some guy, or because she's a skank who serves no real purpose other than to be eyecandy.

*Gyokumen Koushu from Gensoumaden Saiyuki.
*Excel Excel from Excel Saga. (Villain protagonist).
*Goo from Jungle wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Goo. (Villain deuteragonist).
*Rumi from Perfect Blue.
*Harara Hagakure from Apocalypse Zero (Born male, castrated, got a sex change).

I can think of others, but not characters I actually like....Come to think of it, I don't really like Gyoukumen.... >_>
