Anime Question

What is the anime that has two groups of mostly female, non-vampire students at a school, one above ground and the other hiding below, fighting each other?

Most of the action happens above ground at night. It seems that the students above ground are the bad guys (gals).
And I seem to remember that some of the students have powers. NOT Vampires (so not Vampire Knight).

Not particularly, but they each had very colorful hair. Although, that doesn't seem uncommon.
