“I’m such an idiot, Momo!” the avatar boy said
As he bitterly thumped his fist on his head.
Momo did not reply
But gazed hypnotically, wide-eyed at the boy….

“What would Katara say?” he mused;
“ ‘Don’t beat yourself up, Sweetie, you’re only confused’ ?“
“What would Sokka, her brother, advise?
‘Well, since I’m much smarter, you’re so right to surmise!’ ?
What would Toph say?” he thought of her too….
“ ‘Why beat yourself up before I’m through with you?’ ?
And I suppose Zuko would simply yell:
‘You idiot! Can’t you tell?
It’s as plain as distinguishing Heaven from Hell!’ “

Then the avatar boy slowly fell:
Descending into a mysterious sleep—
A state of unconsciousness so deep—
Till his body could no longer his spirit keep
From wandering into quantum uncertainty
In an encounter with Ultimate Reality….

When he awoke, the question of idiocy
Was still not addressed definitively
But somehow, strangely, he could smile,
Emotionally unaffected for a while….

“Maybe I am an idiot, or maybe not;
The same could be said of the rest of the lot
But Ultimate Reality has yet to decide
In Her encompassing wave, we all reside
Like elemental particles in a restless sea
Of infinite Possibility
And endless Diversity…
So until I have breathed my last,
Ultimate judgement has not been passed—
Like a quantum wave function yet to collapse;
Emotional turmoil need not relapse.
For who’s to predict what was done or undone
Would guarantee a probability of one
Entirely “evil” or completely “good”
May lose its meaning on removing the hood
That narrows one’s perspective
In a Multiverse ever-subjective
Where even the smallest quark
Can choose to be wave or particle
So does observer bias make its mark
In judging almost every article
Upon perceiving good or bad,
Smart or idiot, sane or mad…

In a boundless ocean of probability
Why not choose…..Equanimity?

Sokka went to visit the girl, everyone else seemed too afraid to do so. He figured that she must be so lonely concealed within that institution. He would be lying if he said that he wasn’t afraid, but his heart got the best of him—if it was his sister he’d want someone to keep her company.

The girl that sat before him was anything but lucid; her eyes were tired yet so unfocused, always scanning the room. Eventually she’d stop looking around and fix her eyes on a single point in the room. Sometimes she’d laugh at whatever her eyes were trained on, other times whatever it was had her...

So on this one poll 'who would win a fight to the death' I kind of went on this rant as to why I thought Azula would win. And I thought I'd put it in article form.

First and foremost, the obvious; Azula has Blue fire (supposedly hotter than any other fire) on the show. This is something unique to Azula and Azula alone. Where as Bloodbending is not unique to Katara. And metalbending is not unique to Toph. Others have done it before and (in Toph's case) after. Plus Katara can only do it during the full moon whereas Azula's blue fire and lighting are present at all times. And she is very skilled...
