Waking to his side. what more can be said.
A light knock sounded from the door a few feet away.
"Bella"i knew this voice, my best friend, Alice.
"Yeah come in" i groaned. I still felt hazy from the night before. man i have a lot of explaining to do.. how my heart will need a excuse.a pretty good one. but what the hell, wow i feel like a rebel, noew i feel like a loser for jsut thinking that...
Alice stepped throught the door so gracefully, she put angels to shame, i rocked back, she was soo beautiful, she dressed in a caress voilet jumpsuit, it clung to every perfection of her body, oh my envy. On the shoulder of her hip was silent body of my child. Tanna has grown rapidly over the few months that we have stayed here. I guess from the overbearing feeding from Rose no doubt. Her hair was jsut starting to take form of perfect black ringlets. At least charlie was present, even if it was throught her. Her smooth perfected tan grew darker everyday. Thank goodness she isn't like me, whiter then flour. i would hate for anyone to be jsut like me,, i struggle enought by myself.
"I think she bound to wake up soon and will want a feed" she giggled. She knew how much i hated that word. "will need a feed". This was my only chore around here. Was the routine of the mother.
Breast feeding is sooo.. well i would love it to be as everyother mother says it is,. the whole "you experence a beautiful bond with your baby, being as one", IF ONLY. Tanna is soo much like her dad too an extent where she bites. ouch. just adding bruises to my collection was her specialty.
i sighed. i heared a chuckles under the covers. edward.
Edward has been the most amazing father. He doesnt let her out of his sight. Sometimes i wish to myself even though i fear that people see it in me, that edward was Tanna's real father. I wish i wasnt an open book, edward may not be able to read my mind but he reads my face just too well for my liking.
Jacob hasn't returned yet, like he promised. I'm scared Tanna will forget him. What would keep him from her and me? i can understand the whole vampire situation but why? i'm starting to get worried.
Alice skipped over my bedside. She rocked her down from her shoulder , cradling her head, and gently placed her on my lap. She was getting better at this. None of the cullens were used to handling babies.
She was soo peacefull, like everything bad could go away by just looking into her porclain face. She will wake soon. Alice placed herself on the massive bed, that Edward pesisted he'd buy for me.. not the menstion the creating a whole room for Tanna. However i drew the line at that.
"So bella, i was thinking of doing some Christmas shopping soon in Port Angles, you want to come,, you can pick something out for Tanna and Charlie,, maybe jacob.." Her voice was starting to sound like a pley, she knew me too well even after all that time apart.
Shopping,,, no . but. Alice is right, Tanna's first Christmas is coming up, how could i not celebrate it. And i was planning on getting something special for Edward.
"Umm ok, i suppose, when were you planning this?" i replied hoarsely.
"Today? perhaps after you finish with Tanna?" I knew i had gotton her spirits up, anychance to get me out of this house and dress me up. My silly alice.
Hmmm.. why not. i havent left this house.It's driving me up to the wall...
"Ok"
"I'll look after Tanna from the evil clutches of Rosalie" Edward laughed, creating that perfect half smile that i have always loved.
That i had to laugh at. Although i shouldn't Rosalie has been a great help, im very gratefull.
I felt Tanna move a little restless, here we go..
