blair was walking around the house, she was 8 months pregnant and she couldn't wait for her little boy to be born. she sat down beside her eldest daughter and set her hands on her stomach. her baby had been quite most of the morning and now it kept kicking her. and not gently.

V: you ok.
B: yes your little brother is very unsettled today.
V: which one?
B: what do you mean?
V: little bro gregory and his new girlfriend rachel humohrey have been in and out of this house all day.
B: it's only normal, this is gregory's first girlfriend. he is allowed to be all cudly with her.
V: being cudly is one thing but when you next to his room you know they are not just cudling.
B: rachel is a vir...
V: nope she lost it to greg a few months before her mother passed away. they didnt get together though.
B: oh...(baby kicks) right.
V: sure your ok.
B: im fine im fine.
V: ok i was just asking. so im getting, a brother and another 2 cousins.
B: 2 cousins?
V: opps Georgina told me not to say anything yet but shes pregnant.
B: oh thats lovely.
V: the weird thing is there is two basses, and archibald and a delgard.
B: what is werid about it?
V: me and hannah are the two basses in our group then nathan is our archibald and tyler our delgard.
B: a repeat of history.
V: yeah i guess it is. only hopefully it wont be full of abusing problems and pregnancys.
B: so has hannah found out what shes having?
V: she wants to keep it a secret but nathan wants to know.
B: me and your father had the same problem with gregory, but the woman always gets to choose, believe me. i didnt want to know and you father did. the day we found out was the day he was born.
V: but i agree with nathan, i want to know too.
B: oh god...
V: what is it mom?
B: i think my water just broke.
V: but your not due for another month?
B: ring your father and call arthur to take me to the hospital... AND FAST!
V: im on it.

Chuck was sitting in his office trying to get through a stack of paperwork. there was a knock on his office door and Gregory walked in.

G: hello father.
C: what can i do for you Greg?
G: i was thinking about throwing a party and i was thinking about throwing it at Victrola?
C: you know your sister's name is on the ownership form. you should be asking her.
G: but sister dearest will only think i'm throwing it there for the show but that isnt why. the reason is mom's pregnant so i wont make her leave the house because i want a party and Victrola was renevated and it's bigger now. plus victoria bought it back for you her name is just on it.
C: which means she owns it. i'll have a talk with her but i'm not sure what i can do, your sister is... (phone buzzez) hold on a minute son... speaking of your sister... (answers the phone) hello?
V: dad get to the hospital!
C: why what's wrong?
V: mom is about to have a baby!
C: What?!
B: give me the phone.
V: hold on dad here's mom.
C: blair what's going on?
B: Chuck get down here now i'm scared this is a month early. (has a contraction) HURRY!
C: I'll be right there.
(hangs up)
C: we have to go to the hospital.
G: why what's wrong?
C: your mother is going into labour. we have to go now.

tyler had been trying to ring Victoria she wasnt picking up her phone and hadn't talked to him ever since the Rihanna concert when they had sex. he saw hannah about to get into a taxi and shouted for her.

Ty: HANNAH!
H: what is it tyler? I have to go.
Ty: have you spoken to Vicky? she hasnt spoken to me since the concert and i dont want us to stop speaking.
H: i'm sorry tyler i really, really have to go.
Ty: why are you in such a rush?

hannah remembered that Vicky told her on the phone not to tell anyone else, but she didnt want to lie. she had to do it for her family.

H: doctor's apointment. he's all booked up for the rest of the week and these are sort of a big deal to me.
Ty: i'm sorry, i didn't mean to keep you.
H: no it's ok, you were just curious but i really have to go.
Ty: right bye.
H: see you later.

Chuck rushed into the delivery room where Blair was, he rushed over to her side and kissed her head.

C: are you ok?
B: yes but i'm scared.
C: it's ok, i'll be ok.
B: Chuck he's a month early.
C: i know.

Out in the waiting room was Victoria, Gregory and Madeline. Madeline wasn't sure what was going on and Gregory was playing with Maddie and Victoria was pacing.

G: would you sit down. you're making me dizzy.
V: i'm sorry if i'm nervous that our mother is having our little brother a month early!
G: calm down look i'm nervous too but all this walking around and shouting isn't changing the sitution is it?
V: i just dont want anything to happen to him, we lost one sibbling we are not losing another.
G: and we won't.
V: but what if...?
G: NO! (takes a deep breath) we aren't going to lose another sibbling ok. that was one time, it was unfortunate for it to happen but it did. it won't happen to our little brother, you here me.
V: you're right, we just need to stay positive.
G: exactly.
(hannah comes in)
H: hey has your mom give birth yet?
V: no the doctor just went in the room a few minutes ago i think she is now.
H: they'll be ok.
V: i know.

in blair's room:

Doc: come on blair you have to do this.
B: i can't he's not suppose to come yet.
C: blair you have to push. for me and our little boy.
B: chuck i can't.
C: yes you can, come on you can do this.
B: ok.
Doc: now blair we need you to push.

finally blair's little boy was born but he was immediatly took to be checked and put in an incubator.

B: chuck you have to go if i cant then you have to.
C: are you sure?
B: yes go!

at the archibalds serena got a text from blair saying that she had, had the baby a month early and that she didnt want any vistors right now. serena went over to nate, nathan, tristan, aidan and selena. the twins were colouring in and tristan, nathan and nate were watching football.

S: B had her baby.
Na: isn't it to early?
S: yes it is nathan, she said she didnt even get to hold her little boy yet.
N: how are they doing? are we heading down there?
S: Blair says she doesn't want any visitors yet but that she'll text me when she's ready for us to come down.
N: Right.
S: i really hope that everything will be ok i could never imagine losing a child and i couldn't imagine blair coping with losing another child.
Na: another child?
S: you are not to tell anyone ok? dont even say i brought that up.
Na: ok.
N: i dont think blair and chuck would cope well, not to mention victoria and gregory.
S: i want to go see her so badly.
N: we will go when she is ready for us to come down serena but not until then. you know blair, if she's really upset she wont want anyone to see.
S: i know, i just... i want to help her so bad. she's my best friend. but she's also lucky she gets to do the whole baby thing again. our children grow up to fast, nathan is going to have a baby soon so he'll be all responabil. tristan has always been my responsibil one and my baby's will be going off to kindergarten soon.
Na: you can play with your grandchild.
S: thank you sweetie. and i'm going to be a 36 year old grandmother.
N: your mother is going through a mid-life crisis.
S: I AM NOT!
N: then stop acting like it.
S: sorry.
Na: ah poor old woman.
S: i'm not old.
N: he's keeping you going.
S: wasnt funny.
Na: oh it so was.

Chuck and Blair were sitting on the bed when the doctor came in.

B: How's our little boy?
Doc: He's small, very small. he hasn't opened his eyes yet and he can't breathe on his own yet. his lungs aren't big enough.
B: the same as Charlotte.
C: Blair it isn't the same as Charlotte. Our little boy is going to suvive. doctor...?
Doc: well i'm not going to give out false hope but the percentage is in your favour, i have seen kids born at 6 months and survive long enough for there lungs to grow. for them to breathe on their own.
B: but there is still a chance and i don't want there to be a chance of my son dying i have already lost a child i CANNOT lose another!
C: Blair he'll be fine. the percentage is in our favour remember.
Doc: yes, now as for what you talked about earlier with me Mr. Bass has been decided, we will move your wife to the best room we have and she'll be comfertable. and then...
C: i want that bit to be a suprise.
Doc: of course.
(doctor leaves)
B: you said it would'nt happen.
C: what?
B: you said i wouldn't lose another child!
C: Blair...
B: you lied, what if... what if i lose my little boy! you said it wouldn't happen!
C: it won't happen.
B: but what if it does?! i'll lose my beautiful baby boy! i never got to hold him! or see him properly! if he dies i don't know what i'd do! clearly it is me that fails our children! you should hate me! this is all my fault chuck! i practically killed our child! i hurt my little boy and charlie! i did...
C: STOP IT! blair you have not failed our children, what happened with charlie was horrible but it won't happen with our son. you did not kill charlie and you did not kill our son, he's not even dead we have more chance of him being alive.
B: i'm sorry (starts to cry)
C: (hugs blair) everything is going to work out. you wait and see, we'll be home in no time with our healthy little boy and our three other amazing children.
B: i'm just so scared.
C: so an i but we need to keep hoping for the best.

victoria, gregory and madeline come in.

V: hey we went and got you a coffee. we didn't think you would want a coffee from here. it tastes like dirt.
B: thank you.
G: we also got some Macaroons.
M: Gregy wouldn't give me a pink one.
B: (picks Madeline up) well i think i can give you a pink one.
M: thank you mommy.
V: daddy we would have brought you a bottle of scotch but this is a hospital, you aren't allowed to bring alcohal in here.
C: the thought was enough.
G: why don't you tell them what you were thinking about earlier when hannah was here. i think it is a pretty good idea.
C: what were you thinking?
V: about a name for my new little brother.
B: ok tell us.
V: well first i was thinking we could name him something with A because mom your name begins with B and dad yours C so it would be in alphbetical order but then i was thinking that my great grandas name began with A he was anthony, grampa Bart began with B and daddy began with C so you could call him something with D and keep the pattern. then i decided on Andrew because it began with A and his nickname could be Drew which begins with D. i know that seemed like a bunch of rambling but it made sense in my head.
B: i like that idea.
C: me too. how did you know your great grandfather was called anthony?
V: uncle Jack.
B: Andrew Charles Bass.
C: Why my name?
B: another tradition, you have your fathers name. plus our little boy would be proud to have his fathers name because he is a great man. a better father than his own father was.
C: Thank you (kisses blair's cheek)
V: i think i'll be calling him drew alot i like that name.
G: all the bass kids have nicknames now.
B: just like your father you all prefer to be called them even though i like the names we gave you.
V: no i like my name. Victoria is very elegant.
G: ah yes elegant even though you were named after a burlesque club.
V: If it wasn't for that club mom might have went back to uncle nate and we wouldn't be born. i'm named after history.
G: you couldn't have let me win that one.
V: never ever would i let you win a battle little bro. it's just how it works when your the best bass.
(Nurse enters)
NU: Mrs. Bass are you ready to move rooms?
B: of course.

Chuck had conviced the Nurse to let him push Blair to her new room. it didn't take much convicing he was chuck bass after all. Blair didn't want to have to sit in the wheel chair but they said it was policy.
she entered the rrom and she seen why it was the best room they had. the kids had went to get something to eat for her. blair spotted a thing in the room and turned to chuck curiously and he just smiled.

C: blair would you like to meet our son Andrew?
B: what? (gets out of the wheelchair and walks over to the incubator)
C: they weren't sure about this at the start but i conviced them. i'm chuck bass.
B: he's beautiful. he looks like you chuck.
C: i thought he looked more like you.
B: no he looks like you. he's just all you.
C: well now you'll be able to see him at all times, i thought it would give you a bit of piece in mind. you can't hold him yet but...
B: it's fine. thank you so much.
C: it wasn't a problem. i love you.
B: i love you too.

A/N: hope you like it, i had to call there son drew because my friends little brother is called drew and he looks like he would be chuck and blair's child, but i think he has bart bass' eyes. plus i love the name drew. i thought they would wantt something more classic aswell and andrew came to my head. please comment
