After a long day of working on a Foster's episode, Craig McCracken drove back home in his car.

Craig: [sniffs and sighs] Nothing like a relaxing night at home can get my nerves.

However, what Mr. McCracken did not know is that the Toonpuff Sisters, Blokko, Bukko and Bukker were hiding in his bag. They opened the bag and took a peek at him before popping back inside. Soon, Craig arrived at his home, and as he walked inside and put his bag on, the toon girls appeared again and began to follow him in the living room without him knowing.

Craig: [watching TV] Ahhhhhhh!...

It was morning at Cartoon Network Studios. A car pulled straight into the parking area, and out came a certain man. He had black fraggly hair, a beard, a long nose, and wore a blue-teal plaid shirt. He was none other than Craig McCracken.

Craig: Ah, another day for production on a new Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends episode! [walks into the studio]

Then, we focused on a large, tall water tower next to the studio. It had a black roof, railing, scaffolding and platform, and a white base. It's only decoration was the simplified Cartoon Network logo on it. We know that the studio doesn't really...

The Toonpuffs: Just for fun we run around the CN studio lot,
They lock us in the tower,
Whenever we get caught,
But we get away and run away,
So now you know the plot!

Bukko's cute and Blokko yaks,
Bukker packs away the snacks,
While Bill Clinton plays the sax,
We're Powermaniacs!

The Toonpuffs: Our antics, they're so wacky,
And our habits are...

The year was 1992. Craig McCracken was in his office in the Cartoon Network studio, trying to come up with characters for an idea for his new short film.

Craig: [thinking] Hmmm.... what characters do I need for my new cartoon? I'll get fired if I don't come up with a concept!

After a few seconds of thinking, an idea appeared in his head.

Craig: That's it! I'll create three troublemakers for my cartoon! Three zany female troublemakers!
