~Phineas' POV~

A misty summer morning is a really big disappointment, you know? Dark clouds hovering above seemed to be mocking me. "ha! You can't do anything fun today! We'll make a downpour on your 'perfect' summer day." they seemed to say. As if on command, little sprinkles of clear water skirted the ground, seeming to cool everything off. "Darn it," I mumbled, turning my gaze to Ferb. "Looks like we can't build that giant kite like we wanted to today."
Ferb shrugged and laid back against his bed. He didn't look disappointed, but I was pretty sure he was. Thinking hard, I was positive that there had to be something to do inside on a rainy day. I remembered what we had done last time when it rained. All of our friends(along with creepy stalker dude Irving) played hide-and-seek, only we were about an inch tall. It was fun, I had to admit, but not fun enough to do again.
A knocking on our door broke my thoughts. "Come in," I called, not even looking up. I let my head slam on the windowsill, not even wincing at how badly that just hurt.
"What'cha doin'?"
"I don't know. Bored more than ever. Stupid, stupid rain!" I scoffed, holding my fist to the window. "It ruined our day."
Isabella put a hand on my shoulder. "Honestly, Phineas, nothing has ever stopped you from having the best day ever, and this time your going to let a little rain stop you? That's not the Phineas I know..."
She was right, I had to admit that, it wasn't like me to give up just because of a little storm. "Got any ideas?" I said, picking my head up. I didn't realize that my voice sounded sarcastic until after I said it, and I hoped I didn't hurt my best friend's feelings.
But she didn't seem offended, more like okay with it. "Actually, I do." Isabella stared deep into my eyes. I was really curious of what she had in mind. "Why don't you just create something that could change the weather? I mean, it couldn't be that hard, right?" she leaned closer to me, our noses almost touching, her voice almost a whisper. "Or, we could invite our other friends over and play Truth or Dare..."
I leaned back a bit. Truth or Dare? I've never actually played that before...it could be fun...or humiliating...all depends how dirty our friends' minds are. I thought hard about the game, and finally it was bugging me so much that I gave in to the idea. "Okay," I said after a long pause. "It could be fun!"
She seemed to get this look on her face, one I couldn't explain; with her eyes half closed and an evil-ish smile. She chuckled slightly and skipped out of the room. Confused, I faced my step-brother with a questioning look on my face. Ferb put a hand on my shoulder and muttered, "Good luck, bro."
I gulped, but noticed our little platypus was not laying on my bed like he was before. "Hey, where's Perry?"

Meanwhile, at Phineas and Ferb's, all their friends had arrived and waited in the living room. "So, dinner bell, what'a you gon' do today?" Buford asked, sitting down.
"Isabella suggested Truth or Dare," Phineas said, looking wearily at the only female, who sat next to him. She giggled and smiled, possibly couldn't get any cuter.
"Truth or Dare!?" Baljeet exclaimed, slapping his hands to his head. "Oh, no, I fear this game!"
"Why ya fear it, 'Jeet?" The bully asked in a teasing tone, pressing his big palm on Baljeet's head.
"Because, it's SO humiliating!" Baljeet wailed, pushing Buford's hand off.

~Phineas' POV~

"Can we just get this started?" Isabella hissed. "Okay, so here are the rules: no backing down from a dare, and no telling lies from the truth, because I know when someone is lying. You cannot say 'no' to a dare, or else you're out." her serious gaze turned soft when I looked at her. Something about her when I looked at her...even for a few seconds...made her blush or turn all sweet. I really had no idea what it was.
"Who wants to go first?" I offered, obviously I didn't want to go.
"Ooh! Ooh! Buford wants to!" the bully raised his hand, and without anyone answering, he proceeded. "So, Phineas, truth or dare?"
"D..." I thought for a moment; NO, I would NOT choose dare with Buford. "Truth."
Buford looked disappointed, but went on: "Is it true that...you used to sleep with a stuffed dog?"
Wait a second- how did he know!? Candace.... I thought angrily. I lowered my head in shame and managed to whisper, "Yes..."
Isabella giggled and I felt my face turn red hot. I was embarrassed, especially in front of Isabella. "Wow, Phineas, I didn't know that," she laughed.
I put on a fake laugh and went along with it; not to mention my face was turning even more red from blushing.
"Don't be embarrassed, Phin, I'm sure all of us have secrets..." Isabella blushed a little and looked another direction, a cute smile on her face. I read her expression perfectly, and I was sure it was saying, "I have one that would probably freak you out".
"Okay," I said, changing the subject. I really didn't like talking about 'big' secrets. Not that I had one, of course...
"...Phineas? It's your turn." I was so deep in thought that I barely realized Isabella was speaking to me. "Huh? Oh- yes, that's right. Ferb, truth or dare?"
Ferb raised his eyebrow as if saying, 'you know; dare'. I nodded in response and thought hard. Ferb was one to do anything, possibly anything you pushed him to do. Hmmm....what was something good? Something....Ferb would do without question...something funny, something that would make all of us laugh! But what? Isabella scooted closer and mummered something into my ear. "Get him to act like a gay guy," she laughed, covering her mouth and giggling like an idiot. I raised an eyebrow and smiled a little bit, pushing her away playfully. But it would be REALLY funny to see Ferb like that...so funny we might make Buford wet himself.
I looked at Ferb, with an evil smile, and squinting slightly. "Ferb, I dare you to go over to Baljeet, and say in a gay voice, 'hey, sexy boy'."
Isabella broke out in laughter, since when I said the line I made my voice sound like a gay boy's. (AUTHOR'S NOTE: no offense to people...you know...this was just for fun...) Ferb looked utterly shocked, and he put a hand behind his head with a weary look on his face.
"WHAT!? Oh, no!!" Baljeet exclaimed.
"You can't back down..." Isabella reminded him, stifling a small giggle. I added one too, realizing that Ferb would probably get really embarrassed. I kinda felt sorry for him, since he was my stepbrother. I think Ferb might actually take sitting out instead of doing it. But before my thoughts could go on any longer, Ferb got up and walked over to the nerd, and said those exact words, the way we dared him to. Everyone, even Baljeet, flung their head back and laughed even louder than before. I laughed so hard, that I fell onto my back, Isabella landing next to me, both of us giggling like fools. She looked at me, I looked at her, both of our gazes resting on each other, our laughs dying. I sighed and looked at the ceiling, giggling a little bit more then leaning up again. I took a deep breath; my stomach hurt from laughing so hard and long. "Okay, Ferb...your turn."
He stared at me. I knew he was going to ask me. Before he could say anything, I sighed, "Dare..." he raised his eyebrows and looked at everyone, then back at me. What did he have in mind? Trust me, I didn't want to know.
Ferb chuckled. "I dare you to tell your true feelings about Isabella to her," I was shocked; Isabella was shocked; heck, I'm pretty sure even Ferb himself was shocked! But my brother continued: "and we can use the Lie Detector to see if your telling the truth or not."
Crap. "Well...she's a good friend- scratch that, a great friend that I've had since I was two," I tired my best to avoid giving away probably my deepest secret. "I know she'd always be there for me as I would for her. I mean, she's been there to help in almost everything we've done this summer, right?" I looked at Ferb. He nodded; I glanced at Isabella, who seemed to be shy and all blushy from what I just said. So, smiling at her, I looked into her deep blue eyes and went on: "Well, she's the best friend I could have -besides you, Ferb- and I would never ask for a better one, nor would I want a better one. In fact, I don't even think there's a better friend than Isabella. She's special...there's no one like her." I couldn't believe I just said all that; it came from deep inside my heart. Ferb held up the Lie Detector, and it projected, 'TRUE' in big green letters. Isabella looked teary, and she wrapped her arms around me in a big hug. "Do you really think that?" she asked, hugging me tighter. I hugged her back and stared into her beautiful eyes. "Of course I do, why wouldn't I?" by now everyone was staring at us, their eyes wide. Ferb gave me a thumbs up in approval.

~Isabella's POV~

I was so stunned at what Phineas had said, but more like...happy. Excited! Could it be possible, that maybe, Phineas felt the same way I did to him? It could, yes, yes it could!!
"So, Isabella, it's my turn now, and I ask you: truth or dare?" Phineas said, turning his gaze to me. I wasn't really ready for any dares, so I decided I would go with the other option. "Truth."
Phineas tucked his finger under my chin. What was he going to ask? "Is it true that you have a crush on me?"
Oh my god. Did he just ask me what I think he just asked me? I mean, everyone else here right now already knew, but I wasn't really ready to tell him yet. But what if he liked me and I said no? I wouldn't want to hurt his feelings. But what if he didn't like me and I said yes? Then he would probably be freaked. I exhaled the breath I was holding, and looked at the rug we were sitting on. Swaying back and fourth, Phineas realized I was stalling. "Isabella..."
I grabbed his arm and got up, running to the kitchen where my secret could be safely told. "Phineas," I started, looking at the ground again. "the truth is...ever since after a month we knew each other, I've been madly in love with you. Everyone else knows besides you -well, they did, but now you do too- and they've all been keeping it a secret. Even Ferb knows, and Candace. Everyone knows. The Fireside Girls, Buford, Baljeet...even our parents. I know you're probably freaked out, but I've held this forever...and well, I'm kind of glad you asked, because now it feels so good to finally let it out...to finally let you know." I was afraid of what he was going to say next, but he didn't say anything. He just took hold of me and pulled me close. Before I know it, he kisses my cheek and hugs me closer. "Isabella, I've been holding that same secret for a while too. Not as long, but believe me, I do love you...more than anything in the world. I would do anything for you, anything to make you happy. I'd even sacrifice myself if that's what it had to take for you. I love you, Isabella Garcia-Shapiro."
That was it. Those were the words. I couldn't help myself. I started to cry. I wrapped my arms around his neck, and buried my face into him. "Oh, Phineas," I sighed. "I've waited so long to hear you say that. Sometimes I thought you only liked me as a friend...but now I know the truth. You do have stronger feelings for me!"
We stayed there hugging for a while, just taking in the moment, I didn't want to let go. Never. This was the best day of my life....
Phineas finally pulled away. No! I thought in despair. I didn't want to stop hugging him yet. "Isabella, I think it's best we keep this our little secret until it's time to tell everyone," he began, pushing a loose strand of my black hair and putting it behind my ear with his hand. "But we at least need to let Ferb know."

As we walked back out, Ferb looked awfully suspicious. Phineas mouthed the words, 'I'll tell you later.'
I looked out the window. "Hey, look!" I exclaimed happily. "The rain has stopped, and it's sunny out!" Phineas joined me by the window, standing closer than usual. "The day isn't over yet," he said cheerfully. "We can still do something else!"

And with that, we all gathered outside under Phineas' oak tree. It seemed just like another ordinary day. But it wasn't. This day was special. It was the day Phineas said he loved me, and I'll remember this day forever. In fact, I think I'll even mark it in my calender!
Phineas took hold of my hand once everyone had walked away to go help Ferb. "Why don't we do something together, instead of with everyone else?" he offered sweetly.
I shuffled my feet shyly. This was all so new...so perfect. Spending the rest of the evening with my true love? Of course I'll take that offer! "I would love to," I said happily.
"Great," Said Phineas warmly.
"But wont they suspect something if we're alone together?" I asked, a bit worried.
Phineas shook his head. "Believe me, Isabella, they wont suspect a thing."

Blake was waiting for the patrol to return with news. He was anxious about the prey stealing; even though he was a leader, he wanted to sink his claws into the ThornClan leader's throat. That's vile! he scolded himself.
He spotted Snowbell by the fresh-kill pile and trotted over to join her.
"Hi, Snowbell," he greeted her with a touch of his nose.
"Hello," she gave him a small lick on the muzzle.
Blake purred and grabbed a mouse from the pile and sat down next to his mate.
"I hear about ThornClan stealing our prey," Snowbell mewed. "They have enough, why steal it from us?"
"That's what I'm wondering,"...

*ehem, if you don't already know, when you're a kit that can talk, you're a kid. When you're an apprentice, it's a teenager, and when a warrior, you're officially an adult(like for human years 19 and up *shrugs*) just so we're clear.
Kit(newborn) - baby
Kit(that can talk) - child/kid
Apprentice - teenager
Warrior - young adult/adult

~Phineas' POV~

Suddenly, I had an idea. Us three should go look for something to make an awesome dance here for the Clan! I was starting to think of a plan.
"Who wants to have a dance!?" I shouted at the top of my lungs so the whole Clan could hear. "What do you say,...

Buttercup gave him one more hiss, and scampered away into the only den. Her fur still ruffled up. She growled one more time before walking in.

She sat down inside, and then it hit her.

"Butch!" She gasped. "Oh my god, it's him!"

"What about me?" He asked poking his head in the den.

"Er, nothing." She said not meeting his gaze.

"What's wrong?" He asked shaking the remaining dust from his raven pelt.

"Goodall." She replied.

"No, seriously, what's bugging you? You have a secret? We're all Clanmates here. You can say anything to me-"

"CLANMATES? Who ever brought that up?! And since who decided you were...

"Hey, Isabella, guess what?" I asked, my voice rising with excitement.
"Yeah?"
"Candace said that if we're good, I can do something special."
"And what was special?"
"I got all A's!"
"...and?"
"I earned something!"
"And what was that...?"
"I'm able to get on fanpop every once-in-a-while!"
"OHMYGOSHNESS YAY!"
*girly screams*
"Sit down for a moment," Isabella instructed, making a hand gesture towards the floor.
"Why?"
"Because when I'll tell you this I want you to keep calm."
"Okay, okay, I'm calm."
"Last night my mom went out late and I couldn't stay by myself..."
"And? And!?"
"I had to stay the night at...

As rain sprinkled the black she-cat's fur, she
suppressed a small shiver and padded through
the doused undergrowth. The expansive trees
stretched high above her; almost as if they
could touch the moon that glowed dully in StarClan. Glancing around, all scent of prey was
disguised by the rainwater. Letting out an
irritated sigh, her gaze flicked from cat to cat; each one was emaciated and apparently starving.
"We're losing hope....our Clan is slowly dying." She mewed pensively to a dark tabby.
The tabby's green eyes flashed angrily; not at her, but the fact that she was right. He seemed appalled...

~Phineas' POV~

Cool scents of moss and wet leaves filled my nose, making my eyes open slowly. The fact that there was still an agonizing pain still stuck me; all that I cared about right now was the caterwauling of shocked cats. I was sure I was alive until I saw a strikebreaking sight: a starry lithe shape; most likely a female cat. My voice felt caught in my throat as I tried to speak, but she hushed me quickly.
"No time to speak, Phineas," she whispered, whisking past me to a willow tree and sitting beneath it. "Come here."
I briskly walked to her, my paws a steady movement as if guided by...
