Joker has no boundaries, he grabbed Robin hostage when he was still a little kid in the show, tortured him for weeks on straight, and made the poor boy go insane.
Joker would burn down a orphanage full of sick childrun because he's "bored".
He does something even worse.
The Joker gives unsuspecting children poisoned cotton candy, and the children instantly died, but does the Joker feel remorse?
No he just laughs maniacally..
#2: KILLING PEOPLE WITH SHARDS OF GLASS:
In Lovers & Madmen, the mass-murdering psychopath added another milestone to his killing spree by using a blimp to kill many people of Gotham.
The blimp exploded and released poisonous gas and shards of glass on the bystanders. Killing every single one of them, the streets became a pool of bloodied dead bodies torn apart by glass. And the Joker LOVED it..
#3: HARLEY QUINN: (in my opinion)
Quinn's relationship with the Joker is one of the most complex and twisted love affairs in comics: as with all people, the Joker is abusive and manipulative towards Harley, but, just as often, there's evidence of camaraderie, playfulness, and genuine affection towards her.
But won't stop him from constantly throwing her under the bus, betraying her, leaving her too die, and even trying too kill her himself.
Joker is not a "normal human being", try too remember that..
#4: TORTURING JAMES GORDON
When you become Joker's enemy, your be PRAYING too die.
The Joker had the nerve to go right ahead to Jim Gordon’s department and shoot his daughter in front of him, leaving her crippled.
And than kidnapped the traumatized Gordon, and further crosses the line as the Joker showed a slideshow of Gordon’s daughter Barbara in a bloodied, unconscious, injured and totally naked condition. It was a sight of disbelief and absolute disgust. What kind of man forces a father to watch his daughter in such a state?
#5: KILLING JASON TODD:
Again, you do NOT want too become Joker's enemy.
The man has no boundaries.
Afraid of Jason possibly murdering someone, Batman asks Barbara Gordon, to come out of retirement as Batgirl, and work with Jason on a case, hoping that she might gain a better insight into Jason's behavior. Although the pair work well together, Barbara is unable to deny a darkness in Jason, which she later warns Bruce about.
Jason later discovers his mother was not his biological mother and runs away to find the woman who gave birth to him. After following a number of leads, Jason finally tracks his mother, Sheila, to Ethiopia, where she works as an aid worker. While Jason is overjoyed to be reunited with his real mother, he soon discovers that she is being blackmailed by the Joker, who is using her to provide him with medical supplies. Sheila herself has been embezzling from the aid agency and as part of the cover-up, she hands her own son, who arrives as Robin, over to the Joker. The Joker beats the boy brutally with a crowbar, and then leaves him and Sheila in the warehouse with a time bomb. Sheila and Robin try desperately to get out of the warehouse but are still inside as the bomb goes off. Batman arrives too late to save them and is only able to hold Jason's lifeless body in his arms. The bodies are taken back to Gotham City for burial. For the next decade's worth of stories, Jason's death haunts Batman, who keeps Jason's costume on display in the Batcave. Batman considers this his greatest failure: not properly training Jason in his role as Robin, and failing to protect him from the Joker..

Left to the point of being severely beaten, the Joker knew that the Dark Knight would not kill him so he as a final "fuck you" Joker broke his own neck to make Gotham believe that he died by the hands of Batman, cause doing so would make them turn on Batman..
#8: KILLING RACHEL DAWES AND TURNING HARVEY DENT INSANE:
Rachel Dawes was an original character created by Christopher Nolan as a childhood friend and eventual love interest of Christian Bale's Bruce Wayne. In the 2008 movie The Dark Knight, the Joker took both Rachel and the pre-Two-Face Harvey Dent to different locations - both rigged with explosives that were set to go off at the same time - and made Batman choose which one of them to save. The Dark Knight chose to save Rachel, but the Joker had purposely gave him the wrong addresses of each person, as a result, he only arrived in time to save Harvey. Rachel died in the explosion and Joker took this as his chance too turn Harvey evil, and sadly succeeds..

In The Dark Knight Returns he kills like 260 people while being interviewed on a talk show..

Taking on a new partner in Jonny Frost, after finding out that his new partner had met with Two-Face at one point, in order to revenge this act of "cheating," Joker sexually abuses Frost's wife. I don't see how that act reaches parity, but maybe that's just me.
Later, Joker skins a guy called Monty alive. From head to toe, man. And, as much discussed by fans online, he coerces a bank manager to masturbate over images of his daughter..
