Before the Attack
I saw the plead in my mother's eyes, the now human tears forming. Her eyes were green and soft, her heart pounding hard, the now alive fetal heart in sync.
"Okay, Here's what we'll do."

Esme's POV
I couldn't believe he had taken her to OUR honeymoon isle, the place NAMED after me. He wasn't actually married to her, he'd never divorced me.
I saw the house and entered it swiftly, quietly, but not enough to keep my heartbeat away.
He was alone, perfect. I approached him and his eyes read of surprise. I wrapped my arms around him a kissed him on the cheek, placed his hand upon my breast. He felt my heartbeat and heat rose to his cheeks, was he mad? He slapped me across the face and I snapped his arm backwards and skated across the room.
"You don't hit pregnant ladies, Carlisle. That's right, it's yours. I'm still mad at you, no doubt, but I'm human now, I can't fight you, especially with a baby on the way, I'd rather love you."
He made his way over to me and kissed me, his arm healing back in place.
"No." he said and raced back to Rennesmee. She screamed a piercing call and out came Emmett and all his siblings, according to plan. Jacob was no where in sight I had nothing to do with him no matter what anyone says.
The started to fight but missed and Rennesmee watched in horror as they all started to gather around their mother, on her side, the side Carlisle was meant to be with. Bella and Edward abandoned her, they agreed, especially now, it needed to be stopped.
