Today was the day, 1 year ago on this day Allison Cameron became Allison Chase. She smiles and takes photo album off the shelf, this is the album she's saved for her work/family photo's. Flipping to the first page she sees a picture of Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, she smiles as she remembers her first day there.
She had just gotten everything in her locker, walking to her bosses office reading the door, she smiles the door reads “Dr. Gregory House M.D.” going inside she sees her boss and two other men sitting around a glass table red case files in front of them. Standing in front of the man with a cane she holds out her hand “doctor Allison Cameron,” he looks at her ignoring her hand “Dr. House, so your the one Cuddy is giving me. I didn't know you would be so....” one of the other men cuts him off holding out his hand “Eric Foreman” she shakes his hand and after the other man stands up “Robert Chase” they shake hands and Cameron hears a Australian accent.
About 5 months later, Cameron, Chase and Foreman have gotten to know each other and enjoying their jobs. At this time 'the team' is working on a case involving a 6 year old girl who showing symptoms like, double vision, stomach pain, strokes and 'blood as thick as pancake batter'. It's Tuesday Chase and Cameron are in the lab testing Lucy's blood, bone marrow, etc. When Chase looks up and says “it's Tuesday,” she looks up and says “I know” (every Tuesday they plan on going on a date. This is their first) smiling he tells her “I like you” smiling she says back “I know” they've been on 7 dates in the last 2 months, Cameron drives to Chase's house and knocks on the door. He opens it smiling he sees her “hey.........” he says a confused looked on his face “hey, it's Tuesday” she tells him “no......it's Monday” she walks up to his porch smiling she whispers “i didn't feel like waiting”
they've been dating for 2 years, working together for 3. House not liking the pairing. Chase makes a small stupid mistake, House fires him. Foreman's afraid he'll turn out to be a mean jerk just like House so he quits, Cameron resigns 5 months after Chase is fired. Rumor has it, Cameron went to Arizona, Chase followed. 1 year after the team left House has to hire a new set of 'ducklings'. House and a few of the applicants are standing at the chapel doors on a balcony above the main lobby House looks down at the clinic doors a look of disbelieve covers his face as he sees Cameron walking out with blonde hair. He shakes it off thinking it was just his mind playing tricks on him, but then he sees Chase in the OR2 gallery. Walking into the ER later that night he sees Cameron again, realizing that both Cameron and Chase are back, she sees him and smiles “3 weeks, for someone who never misses something small, you missed something big.”
They've been dating now for 4 years, during lunch one day Cameron brings up the topic of always staying the night at Chase's house. “why don't we stay at my place tonight?” Chase looks at her “but we always stay at my house,” “ya,.....thats what I mean we use to split it. What happened?” he smiles “ I don't know. Closer to work”. Later, Cameron walks through the main lobby, Chase slips his hand into hers “hey, whats up with you? Your avoiding me.” “I'm not....I've just been busy.” he drops her hand “i can't keep chasing you forever Allison.” “why would you have to chase me? I'm not running from you.” “it seems like you don't want me at your place.” she looks at him, shocked “if I didn't want you there why would I keep inviting you?” that night she cleans out a drawer for him.
Later that year they buy a condo together. She goes through his sock drawer to find a thick pair and finds something. She can't keep what she found to herself. She tells House, “he's gonna ask me to marry him. I was looking for some thick socks, I found the ring.” House looks at her saying “and you wanna say no.” “i don't want to say anything, I don't want him to ask, not now. I don't want him to propose just cause he's scared.”
she walks into the locker room, hoping to make everything better with Chase after their break-up earlier that day. She walks over to his locker slowly, her head down “i found the ring in your sock, I didn't want you proposing just because your scared.” he looks up at her “well you don't have to worry about that anymore.” her voice cracks “I'm not, I don't care how it happens I just want it to happen.” “a...are you proposing to me?” “I'm proposing that you propose to me” she says smiling a little “after I broke with you? Your expecting.....” Chase says confused “n...no I'm not expecting......I'm hoping” he looks at her, shuts his locker walks close to her takes her hand and gets down on one knee. Smiling she says “yes” he gets up off his knee and hugs her as she breathes a sigh of relief.
They're busy planning their wedding. They plan to have it 2 months from now. Their friend and co-worker James Wilson has agreed to plan Chase's bachelor party. Cameron and Wilson are sitting in his office looking over places to have it when House limps in “What is the second prettiest Dr. Chase doing here?” Cameron lies and says “I'm helping with a case.” (they have the pamphlets inside the case file) House smiles, hits the pencil cup off Wilson's desk. Cameron goes to pick it up as House picks up the file “your letting him plan the party?” “the best man doesn't get here till the day before the wedding and Wilson said this would be his wedding gift.” Cameron says putting the pencil cup back on the desk. House shakes his head walking out of the office deciding he would plan the party without Cameron knowing.
2 weeks later Cameron, Chase, and Foreman are walking through main lobby when two police officers approach them “Dr. Robert Chase?” one asks “yes” Chase says looking confused “did you recently apply for a marriage license?” “yes, is there some....” “it seems that your green card has expired. We're going to have to take you downtown.” Cameron looks at Chase “I'll come with you, I'm his finance.” “sorry ma'am, immigrants only” the fist one says as she takes Chase's arm and starts walking away. Chase looks back saying “don't worry, I'll call you as soon as I get everything cleared up.” Cameron shakes her head and looks at Foreman “don't let House get him into to much trouble.”
The day has arrived. Cameron wakes up at 9am, Chase staying at Wilson's gets up at 11. she slips on her dress, he puts on his tux, shaking out her nerves she smiles “this is it” she tells her maid of honor. “here we go” Chase says breathing deeply. The music starts, everybody stands Cameron takes a deep breath and starts walking down the white silk aisle smiling the only person she can see is him. He smiles back at her taking it all in at once. She hands her flowers to her maid of honor she takes his hand and they step up under the gazebo. The minister starts to talk as everyone sits down “we're here today to join Robert Andrew Chase and Allison Jennifer Cameron...” she couldn't hear the rest blocking the noise out, just staring at the man beside her. “and now the couple will recite their vows.” the minister says, Cameron hearing everything now tears coming to her eyes as she hears Chase say his vows “Allison, standing here with you right now....its unreal. With your hand in mine I feel like I can do anything. When I just want to give up and quit your going to be the one to get me back up to try again. Together we can survive anything life throws at us.” she takes a breath “we'll keep no secrets, tell each other everything. Till death do us part, I'll be yours. Through all the tough times ahead I know you will be there to catch me.” the minister smiles “i now give you, Mr and Mrs Robert Chase.”
Allison smiles and puts the album back on the self. A tear rolls down her cheek and she wonders if his vows were true. He's been keeping secrets from her, she knows it. Walking to the couch she sits looking at her ring she cries, letting all of her hidden feelings go she can't believe that this marriage is so close to being over. She's loved him longer then she can remember. To be Allison Cameron-Chase forever that's what she wants holding her face in her hands, time just stops.
November 13th 2010. sitting across the man she thought she would be with forever was holding a pen. He slides the paper across the table, she looks at the sheet of paper in front of her holding back tears. The paper read, “Divorce. By the state of New Jersey Robert Andrew Chase and Allison Jennifer Cameron Chase have legally decided to end their marriage.” he signed so quickly he must really want away from this. With a shaking hand she signed “Allison Cameron-Chase” in that second her marriage was over. She got up leaving him sitting there. She went to the condo, cleaned out her closet, all of the things that she knew was hers. Taking one last look at 'their' condo she slips off her ring and puts it on the coffee table. She picks up her suite cases and gets in her car. Seeing her life with Robert Chase disappear in her rear view mirror
She's gone. the last hug he got from her ran through his head. that was the morning after his now ex-wife Allison Cameron, has left him. he looked at the empty drawers and bedside that used to be hers. Robert Chase remembered how his wife looked as she left, some guilt but mostly sadness. a wedding photo of them stood on his dresser, they looked so happy that day. Allison's ring lays next to the photo. he gets out of bed, picks up the photo, and throws it out the window. he starts going crazy.destroying everything in his path. crying while burning EVERY picture of them he had....

Chase and Cameron are enjoying a meal at her place and she tells him she still has her dead husband's sperm. She still wants to hold onto it, warning that anything could happen, and wants a specimen from Chase as well.
Chase tells Cameron he can't give him her sperm, and he has no doubts about their future together. Cameron warns that she isn't sure and Chase says he'll wait until she is.
