I've been asked what I wanted to be when I grow up. Well I want to be Lawyer, and become the world's most best singer. I been practicing ever since I was I little girl. My parents had great courage in me. I live with my dad. My mother was murder a few years. She was just getting off late that day, and some guy took out a gun and killed her. It took a very long time for and my dad to get over it, but we pulled through.

But what I really need to tell you about is the school I go to. It is like total drama. I would never think that person could carry so much tension. But the most calmness person there is one of my best friends. Her name is Bridgett. She goes out with this party dude name Geoff. He and Bridgett are like the couple of the year. Me and Bridgett usually go to the mall or go to the beach, or have sleepovers with my other friend Gwen. OH! Yes, Gwen. Gwen is a really cool friend. I don't really think she goes out with anybody, but I think she has this crush on this boy name Trent.

Trent is so cute! But me and Trent are just friends. Trent plays the guitar. I think he's think about started his own band. I wonder if he'll let me in it. He sometimes goes over Duncan's house for band practice. OH, and there's Duncan. He's like the bad-boy type. I mean yeah, he's friends with my friends boyfriend, but still he really gets on my nerves.

I think I covered everybody, that I hang out with. Everybody else our either jerks that I don't like, or people I just don't talk to. So now that I told you about my life, lets get own with the story.....

OH! I forgot to tell you. The school I go to is call Hawkins High. I don't live to far so I just walk there, or Duncan comes and picks me up. Don't think wrong, we're not even that close.....really. OK, now on with the story....

*January 4, 2010 6:13 am in the morning*

I woke up from my beeping alarm clock. It was the first day back from Christmas/New Years break. I turned of my alarm clock, and went to go brush my teeth, and take a shower. After I finish washing up, I went back into my room, and open my closet to see what I was going to wear. Well I new it was still winter time so, I took out a long white and purple sleeves shirt, I put on my jeans, and than got some white furry boots to match my shirt.

Than I unwrapped my soggy wet up and blow-dried it. After that I got my curling iron, and curled my hair down. My Dad peeked in and told me, breakfast was ready. I told him I'll be down in a minute. I put on my purple hoop ear rings, than I grabbed my purse and headed downstairs.

(To show no confusion, my dad's name is Rick.) Rick was in the kitchen making my plate."Hey Court, got your plate."He said, as he hand me my plate.

I looked at the clock behind him. IT read '7:01'. I grabbed a piece of toast and said good-bye to Rick. I just hate when I'm late. I headed out the door and started to walk to school. I had notice that it had snowed over night.....a lot. I literally dragging my feet through the thick white snow. While I was a man on a motorcycle pulled up next to me. I stopped walking, as he took of his helmet. It was Duncan.

"What's up, Princess."He greeted. He got off his bike and walked up to be.

I smiled and crossed my arms."I thought I told you to stop calling me that."

"Yeah, like I would listen to you."He snorted. He than patted the back seat of his motorcycle."So you need a ride to school."

"What happen to you car?"I asked.

"Why have a boring old car, when you can have a fast cool motorcycle."HE quoted.

"Thanks, But no thanks."I started to walk away. He than jumped back on his motorcycle, and started to ride it next to me.

"Come on, I promise you won't regret it."He said.

I snickered and looked at him."With all that snow on the road, I be glad to even have legs." I said.

Duncan than hit a pile of snow and flew of the motorcycle, and than fell in another pile of snow. I burst out laughing in rightness."Didn't I tell you."I said, as I continued to laugh and walk to school. That was the most funniness thing I have ever seen.

*At school*

I maid it to school, before the bell. I walked through the front doors, and saw Bridgett, and Gwen talking by there lockers. I walk over to greet them."Hey guys, what's up."

"Er, Nothing, just that we heard that YOU'VE BEEN EXCEPT TO THE BIGGEST COLLEGE EVER."Gwen slowly raised her voice, as all of us screamed in excitement.

Bridgett handed me the envelope."Principle Rights to me to give to you."She exclaimed.

I hugged both of them."Oh my gosh, I don't believe it, I-I'm like speeches. This is so, so, so....awesome. I can't believe I'm going Gold Star University."

"Well believe girl."Gwen said.

Geoff and Trent spotted us screaming and walked over to us."Uh, I'm guessing Courtney got her envelope."Trent guessed.

I hugged both of them, than looked at my invite."Yeah, isn't awesome."I said.

By that time it was time for class. I grabbed my books out of my locker and headed to Geography.

I walked in class, to once again meet Mrs. Hayward. I went to my seat, in front of the class. I strive my self to make good grades-wait-scratch that-awesome grades.

Did I mention Duncan was in my class. But this time he came in with snow in his Mohawk. It was so funny. He sat next to."Thanks, for leaving me out in the ice cold snow."He whispered, sarcastically.

"No problem."I joked.

After everyone was in there seat, Mrs. Hayward came to the front of the class. that met it was time to start class."Welcome back Students. Aren't you excited to be back to learn."

Silence....then a cricket?

"Well, than, to start off a new year, I'm going to put each group in to Two groups."She promised."Group 1 is;Tyler and DJ. Group 2 ;Bridgett and Lindsey. Group 3; Heather and Owen. Last but not least Group 4; Mmmm?"She looked at our group there were three. Trent, Duncan, And I."I guess you have to work in threes."She said.

WHAT! I have to work on a project with Duncan!"Ok students, you will be make a diagram of a volcano and how the magma appears from it."Just than the bell rang."Ok this is dew next Monday."

*At lunch*

Me and Bridgett got our trays and sat down."Bridgett what can I do I can't work with Duncan, he'll screw up my perfect 'A' record."I complained.

Bridgett stopped eating and looked up at me."At least you don't have work with Lindsey/total dummy."She snapped back.

I stick my fork in a pile of spaghetti, and than looked up at boys headed over to our table."Uh, here comes the boys."I warned.

Geoff came and sat by Bridgett as he kissed her. Duncan sat by me as well as Trent."Hey guys."I said, kind of annoyed.

Expectantly Duncan my waist and pulled me close."Don't be bummed, babe, I know you just wanted to be me and you but I guess Trent has to work with us."He said.

I pushed him of me."Yeah right, I'm glad Trent's working with me. So he can make sure you don't try anything."I growled.

He rolled his."What ever."

"Come on guys, it's whole new year, this is our last year, in high school. Let's make it worth it.
Come who's with me."Geoff hooted.

Silence....

"Well i'm with you babe."Bridgett said.

Out of the no where Gwen appeared."I'm in"

Trent stood up."So am I"He said as he smiled at Gwen.

I stood up too."Me too."

We all looked at Duncan who was just sitting there."Come Duncan be such a dick, man."Geoff joked.

Duncan growled at him."What ever man. I'm in."

And all together we said,"ALRIGHT!"

Maybe this won't be such a bad year after all.
