Hii delena fans ,i am writing this article to tell you why i think delena will hopefully be "THE END GAME" of this very long and tiring game we call the vampire diaires loool,this conclusion of mine will be based on what has happend in the story so far.
Now you all obviously know that i am a delena fan and ofcoarse i want delena to be together in the end ,but trust me this conclusion of mine is not only because of that,its not only because im a delena fan,its because i truly believe they will be ,despite being a huge fan of a couple if i was to think they wouldnt end up together i would say it ,id be like i love them but it just aiint gonna happen ,loool like with Brucas ,loved them to the core.
Anyway here we go ,analysis begins,i have noticed that damon always being second best to the girls he loves eg,katherine and elena has been emphasized alot in the vampire diaries ,eg,the first season showed us a dark damon ,a damon who killed almost everyone he came across,a insensitive damon who did not care much about how his action would hurt or effect others,but then katherine was introduced,and we grew to know that in fact despite damon being a monster there was something slightly human in damon and that was the love he felt for this one girl "katherine",a love which was so strong that even after over 100 years it remained untouched,also flashbacks of defans amazing relationship is shown,"the salvatore brothers...best friends",so then something "clicks" ,we obviously know that currently in the present future defans relationship is not exactly the same (season 1),this shows that damons love was so strong that it caused the strong binding relationship between him and his brother to be effected ,i think is shown to show viewers just how much he loved katherine,and then we fast foward to the part where Katherine breaks the news to Damon that "it was always stefan",and then the episode where damon snaps jeremys neck,elena also says "its always going to be stefan",damons death bed"i know its always going to be stefan",and episode 322 damon says "its always stefan",bottom line is it had been emphasized that damons love is always loyal ,but whoever he loves goes for his brother instead of him,i thinks this has been emphasized so much ,so that when delena end up together ,it wouldnt seem so unfair
