Here is my fifth article! I decided to write two lists about my favorite singing voices, this list is the english voices, the next one will be with their swedish voices (same goes for their speaking voices which I will do after the singing voices) because swedish is my first language and I grew up with most of the swedish versions of the princesses (except for Tiana and Rapunzel). For the swedish version I will post links to videos so that you can choose a favorite aswell. Image credit goes to Elemental-Aura for the beautiful top image and princesslullaby for the rest of the pictures.

10. Pocahontas (voiced by Judy Kuhn)
I have never liked her singing voice, it dosen't suit her at all and I don't like voices that sounds like it's a man that does the voice because a woman should sound like a woman not like a man. The only thing that I like about her voice is that it's a very powerful voice.

9. Aurora (voiced by Mary Costa)
When I first heard the english versions of the songs in the movie, I was surprised that her voice sounded so old and she was supposed to be 16 and her voice actress was 16 when she did the voice. The only reason to why I like it better then Pocahontas is that she sings opera and I love opera.

8. Belle (voiced by Paige O Hara)
She sounds too old, but her voice is better then the other two because it sounds similar to my own and because it's a very pretty voice, but if they choosed someone younger I would like her voice better.

7. Jasmine (voiced by Lea Salonga)
I think her voice is pretty, but I just think the others singing voices are better. Some people say her voice her voice is generic (Lea Salonga), but I don't think so and what's special about Lea Salonga is that she also did the singing voice for the next princess on my list.

6. Mulan (voiced by Lea Salonga)
Even though they have different singing voices I decided to seperate them because they sound different to me. I think Lea did Mulan slightly better because her voice is more pretty here. But my top 5 have better singing voices.

5. Ariel (voiced by Jodi Benson)
I love her voice, I can understand why Eric thought her voice was beautiful. The only problem I have with her voice is that she dosen't sound like a 16 year old girl in my opinion mostly because Jodi was in her late 20's when she did the voice (around 25-26).

4. Rapunzel (voiced by Mandy Moore)
I think they didn't choose the best actress for the original version, but I still love her voice because before Tangled came out I was a big fan of Mandy Moore because I thought she had a lovely voice. If you haven't heard her so much I'm gonna give you a link to one of my favorite songs of hers.

3. Tiana (voiced by Anika Noni Rose)
What a perfect choice for an African American princess. It amazes me that many other African-Americans wanted to play her for example Tyra Banks and Alicia Keys. Actually Anika Noni Rose did one other kinda big role in the movie The no 1 Ladies Detective Agency. She is playing the secretary of the protagonist in the movie, check it out if you haven't seen it, it's pretty good.

2. Cinderella (voiced by Ilene Woods)
I love her voice, at first though I was sceptical if I was going to love her voice, but soon I fell for her voice, it's one of the sweetest voices I've ever heard. I wished she could have been number 1, but I think that she deserves the number 2 spot

1. Snow White (voiced by Adriana Caselotti)
Like with most of the other princess voices I was at first surprised when i heard her voice, but compared to most of the others I fell for her voice immedetly and still today I love her voice and I really hate the fact that many people hate her voice, but I can understand why. This is one of the few disney princess voices where the voice fits the princess voice perfectly. As an ending before the pictures here is a tv special from 1986 that I really love and here Adriana tells us how she got the voice. And I love how she hits the high notes, it's just simply amazing.

Hi everybody!

In this article, I'll be pairing each Disney Princess with a celebrity active during the time of the DP's movie release.

Snow White: Gene Tierney

They both have roundish faces, dark hair, a cute smile, and a reputation for outstanding beauty.

Cinderella: Grace Kelly

They both have blonde hair (albeit Cinderella is more of a strawberry blonde), and similar noses IMO. And both are icons of elegance.

Aurora: Kim Novak

It was actually very hard to determine who Aurora's double would be. There were so many blonde actresses in the 1950s - mainly because movie studios were...

The Most Elegant Disney Princesses

I really like elegance, so I decided to make a list of the most elegant princesses. Turns out less than half of the princesses are really elegant. Keep in mind that I didn't just rank them based on how they act, but also on how they look and my first impressions. Also just because someone's royal, it doesn't mean they are elegant. (like Prince Harry) I apologize in advance if this article is poorly written.

13) Rapunzel

When I first saw Rapunzel, I didn't think she was elegant at all and when I saw Tangled, turns out I was right. She doesn't act or look elegant,...

Hey everyone! So a really talented writer on this site had posed a question about which princesses fit best as friends into friend groups. This made me very happy because I honestly think about this all the time (Disney Princess crossovers) so I was excited about the opportunity to read other fans' opinions. After reading many people's opinions and putting careful thought into this, I believe I have come up with groups that best fit the personalities involved. I would love to hear what you guys think, see if you agree or disagree and why so please feel free to leave detailed comments. Thanks!...
