Hello, and welcome to my article ~**FANPOP'S FAVORITE DISNEY PRINCES - MAY 2013**~. A total of 30 fans took part in the countdown, and gave me their rankings. I would like to thank all of them for their help! Enjoy the article.

10. CHARMING

Previous rank: 10

No surprises here. Very few people have him high on their lists, and in most of these cases his high ranking is based on the 3rd movie. Basically he's disliked for the lack of strong personality, and the laziness tendencies.

9. PRINCE

Again, it was expected that he'd be low. His fans are far less than the people, who dislike him. Much like Charming, he doesn't show enough personality in order to be more famous and liked. At least we know he lacks laziness and he's willing to search for his princess.

8. JOHN SMITH

The adventurous John Smith continues to be one of the less liked Disney princes. Despite his naive and slightly arrogant personality, he's still a sexy and daring wanderer, who clearly showed that he can fight till the end for the people he loves.

I was quite surprised to see Eric this low, he's usually in the top 4 favorite princes. In general people love him, because he's kind, sweet and gentle. On the other hand, other fanpopers have him low on their lists, because they feel he doesn't have any distinctive personality, and he's bland and boring.

TIE 5. NAVEEN

Naveen made quite a leap forward, compared to previous countdowns. In general people like him, because he is amusing and he has an accent to die for. However, he's also seen as cocky, spoiled and useless, which prevents him from getting higher in the countdown.

TIE 5. PHILLIP

Phillip is one of these princes, who is hardly hated or even disliked. He's a true knight in shining armor, he rides a white steed, and he fights a dragon for his princess. He's relatively well-developed and he has a chance to show his bravery and charming personality, despite his little screen time. He's sometimes seen as too boring and cliched however.

A character bursting with both positive and negative traits, the Beast is often seen as one of the most complex characters in Disney. He's often loved for his change of heart towards the middle of the movie, which helped him show his positive traits. However, he's also often disliked for his aggressive and selfish personality in the first half of the movie.

2. ALADDIN

A thief with a heart of gold. That's the easiest way to summarize the runner-up of this countdown. Al is sweet, caring, gentle and brave. He has his fair share of flaws, but his positive traits are the ones that really shine and make so many people love him.His generous and compassionate nature, combined with his boyish charm make him one of the most beloved and memorable Disney characters of all time.

A lot of fans think he's the hottest Disney prince. However his good looks are not his only asset. He's also witty, smart, funny and dashing. Of course he has bad sides, and he doesn't really get punished, but after all everyone, who has mastered the Smolder deserves a second chance!

_Cookie_Lover_ Woohoo! Naveen's risen since last time! Yay! Flynn being number 1 was no surprise, but I'd personally have preferred Beast, Shang or Aladdin to come out on top. Oh, well. I was actually shocked to see Eric so low! You're right, he usually makes the top 3 or 4. And I'm pretty sure I've seen him ranked number 1 overall in countdown articles a few times too. What happened to all the Eric fans during the making of this article? Curious. Superb article, loving the pictures you made too! Thanks for all the hard work you did!

tiffany88 Strange results.....Phillip is better than John and Eric?Since when?And Flynn is better than everyone XD? Okay, he is better than Charming,the Prince and the Beast but that's all. His character is so generic, he isn't funny, isn't unique or handsome. There is a lot of Princes who is way better than him. At least for me. But seriously 1st? I'm glad that Shang is the 4th, he really deserves it. You made a great job with this article! Thank you! :)

Jayden-G ^ Phillip was higher tham both of them on my Fanpop's Favourite Prince countdown too. And Flynn was first on mine too (I know) Oh WOW, I know I put Eric as 8th, but I never thought he was going to be number 7 on the countdown (looks cant get you very far after all). At least John Smith beat the plot device that is known as Prince (cheers), and if it wasn't for a few points, he would have beat Eric. Naveen did rise a few spots from the normal, and Phillip's spot was expected. I am alright and not shocked about the top 4. The results were really close for a lot of the positions. Well-written article. Great job

MalloMar Agree with tiffany88 about Eugene. Why is he so popular? I hoped that John Smith would be higher. I'm happy for Aladdin, The Beast, and Shang, though! Wow. Eric is really that low? I should have submitted a list. These pictures are breathtaking! :)
