Since my birthday is soon I decided to combine two of my biggest fandoms, the Disney Princesses and Within Temptation, link. To make it even more interesting I have decided to also give each princess that where in the old article a new song that I think suits them so it's a good idea to read the old article before you read this one. I also decided to update this list so that Merida could be included.

Snow White:link

This song totally suits her, when I did my old article I hadn't listned to this song, but now it's one of my favorites. There are many lyrics that suits her, but the one that best suits her is "Run and run" towards the end of the song, it's also my very favorite part of the song because it's so dramatic and I think you can guess both why this part suits her and which scene that I think about when hearing that part.

Cinderella: link

This song suits her very well since at least in my opinion she seems to be standing still in some scenes as if she was frozen, also she lived a hard life with her stepmother and stepsisters, the scene when her stepsisters tores her dress apart is the scene that goes along the best with this song imo.

Aurora: link

As you notice this song is very sad, sometimes when I listen to this song I start crying. Anyway this song totally suits Aurora after she got to know that she couldn't meet the man she met in the forest again. The lyrics that best matches her are "I will be waiting for you" because that's what she wanted to do, wait for him in the cottage because that's where they where supposed to meet.

Ariel: link

Since this song is about becoming a different creature Ariel totally suits this song. She feels that there are chains that stops her from reaching her dream of becoming a human (her father) and when she has reached her dream in the end of the movie she has gained new wings sort of and she feels like she's soaring above the sky because her dream finally came true. And she wants to be with Eric (the lyrics "I am longing to see you again it's taking so long. We will be together again" truly describes that).

Belle: link

This song suits Belle very well. First of all the title is a perfect fit, second a beast is mentioned in the song and third many other lyrics suits her. It's not the song that suits her the best though, there's actually a song called Beauty and The Beast which is sung by Nightwish that totally suits her, at one point of that song a line from the movie is featured, but that'll be for another day.

Jasmine: link

This song suits her and Aladdin's relationship quite well. Aladdin just keeps lying and Jasmine sometimes wonders why he keeps on living that lie especially when he's Prince Ali. Also just like the song suggests it takes a while before they actually get a more serious relationship in my opinion.

Pocahontas: link

Totally suits her since she wants John Smith to accept her for who she is, but he calls her a savage so she has a hard time accepting him. This song is kind of like Colors Of The Wind, but much darker and more about accepting a person than respecting nature and it's animals

Mulan: link

Totally suits her because she wanted Shang to see her as a woman rather than a man (well at least towards the end of the movie) and before that they helped each other so most of the lyrics suits their relationship quite well like for example "reach for my hand, let's show them that we can free our mind and find a way, the world is in our hands", I just find that lyric so suiting for them.

Tiana: link

This song suits her after she got to know that she couldn't get her resturant, but some lyrics could also work before that because she kind of fights in her own way to get the resturant by working 2 waitress jobs. But it suits better afterwards because the song is sad and at that point Tiana almost gives up the resturant, but later she realises she has to continue to work hard, but make it right. At first I didn't thought this song suited her, but lately I've realised how much it suits her.

Rapunzel: link

This song totally suits Rapunzel in the end of the movie, the refrain is what I'm imagining Rapunzel would say to Flynn if she hadn't been having that thing around her mouth. The rest of the song just suits the entire scene because she realises that her pain and sorrow is caused because she went out to see the lanterns with Flynn.

Merida: link

This could be a song sung for Merida if another movie company made a live action version of this movie and made it slightly darker. Merida
has a fiery personality and this song mentions that the main person in this song can't live without the fire which I think could maybe be Merida
