Hola! It's little ole me again. Ok, so I recently finished rewatching all of the DP films and many of my opinions have changed so I thought, why not make an updated list? When I first joined I just really wanted to make an article so I made my favorite DP movie list but I hadn't seen most of the films in a long time so I was going completely by memory and now that I look back I'm like, hmm these opinions have changed quite a bit now that I've seen them all again. Next to the film name you will see a number in parentheses and that signifies the movement of that movie on my list. Now let me tell you something, I liked them all and making this list was difficult but here it goes...

These are the films that, while good, are missing something for me. All of them have moments that bore me a little alongside great, memorable moments. They all suffer from lulls near the middle that lose me a bit.

12. Cinderella (-1)
Yep, Cinderella is my least favorite. The film does have Disney magic and charm and from the moment the Fairy Godmother arrives onward, the film is truly classic but the rest of it is just a bit...unexciting. The mice scenes are long and tiresome and I find the mice a little annoying. The soundtrack is..meh, it's not bad but it isn't great either. It doesn't help that Cinderella herself has never been one of my favorite princesses and the animation is the most simple to me of any princess film but both are very classy and sophisticated. Their is a sophistication to this film that I like, as well as a nostalgic quality, and I didn't even grow up watching this movie. Not much really happens and the villains, while mean, aren't as evil as some of the other DP villains.

11. Sleeping Beauty (-7)
Oh my! What a drop. It used to be in my top 5 and my favorite classic film, how the mighty have fallen. Ugh, it was difficult for me to put this movie here and I was battling over switching it with #10 or #9 but in the end the cons outweighed the pros. While I love Maleficent, the fairies, and that epic, iconic battle at the end as well as Aurora's voice and two songs, the movie is sort of boring at times. Aside from Aurora's songs, the soundtrack is also...meh. It's ok but their are far better ones. The animation is interesting but it does come across a little flat at times. Aurora also happens to be one of my least favorite princesses, actually it's one of only two that I only have a neutral like for.Still this film has such wonderful, iconic imagery and some truly enchanting moments.

10. Pocahontas (-2)
This film will always hold a special place in my heart since it was released in the same year I was born and was one of my favorite movies growing up but I no longer love it the same way since I see so many of it's problems now. The animation can look stunning but it also comes across a bit flat looking at times. The soundtrack and characters are interesting and memorable but the story has its share of problems. I don't like how none of the characters tell each other the whole story, for example, why couldn't she just tell everyone that John Smith hadn't killed Kocoum? Anyway, I still love Pocahontas, even though I found her a little less interesting than I remember and sidekicks are alot of fun. Ratcliffe is a fun character but not nearly as evil or menacing as other Disney villains and he never even comes in contact with or threatens Pocahontas so I don't really think he's that great of a villain. This film lost my attention a bit in the middle and seemed a little more drawn out than it needed to be and it's the weakest of the renaissance films but it's still so nostalgic and their are some really great moments so I still really like it.

9. Brave (0)
This movie is very nice and I like it but it just doesn't excite me the way the ones higher than it do. The animation is gorgeous, definitely the best of any Pixar or computer animated DP film and the soundtrack is very nice but the story is sort of predictable and parts of it bore me a bit. I love Merida though and the characters as a whole are very interesting and memorable. It just lacks something which keeps me from really loving it. Still, I enjoyed it just a bit more than #s 12, 11, and 10.

From now on all the films keep me engaged and I really love them. They all have a lot of Disney magic, well one is sort of lacking in it, but still these films are great. It was extremely difficult to put these ones in order.

8. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (+2)
This is now my favorite classic Disney film, I love it. It's so charming and fun. I never realized how great this movie is until I rewatched it, and now I really love Snow White too. Disney did an excellent job with his very first feature film and this one set the stage for so many other magical films. It never bores me, the soundtrack is so nice and classic, the characters are so iconic, and it has one of my favorite DP villains. Queen Grimhilde's scenes are so dark and dramatic, I love them. It's strange because not a lot happens in it, especially in the middle, but I don't ever feel a lull in the storytelling and I love the animation, it's got that old fashioned, painting like look that I really like. It has so many great moments.

7. The Little Mermaid (-2)
Talk about Disney magic. This film has bucket loads of it. No wonder it brought on the Disney renaissance. The soundtrack is great and I get goosebumps just listening to the score. No Disney film oozes Disney magic like this one, it's the only one who's commercials even have that special nostalgic Disney feel that gets me excited about Disney. It is truly magical and a classic but it still suffers from quite a few story and animation problems and Ariel, while nice, doesn't interest me as much as some of the other princesses. The characters are very memorable, I especially like Sebastian, he is so funny. I don't remember watching it growing up, yet when I finally did see it, it felt like it had always been a part of my life, like a reunion with a long lost friend. Like all DP films it is beautiful in it's own way but this one has something special that I love, I just love others more. I realized that Ursula is a great villain and it has some wonderful scenes but the animation, while charming, is my least favorite out of the renaissance films.

6. The Princess and the Frog (+6)
I was way too harsh on this film last time. After rewatching it I realized that their is a reason why it brought on the revival, it's great.
I really did love it. The animation is gorgeous, the best of any traditionally drawn DP film and the characters are just so fun and interesting. I used to dislike the soundtrack but it's really grown on me and I like most of the songs now. This film has a great and very original story and it really exudes Disney magic and has so many wonderful moments that I'm sure that years from now it will be considered a true classic. I now love Tiana and Louis doesn't annoy me as much as he used to. I also now like Dr. Facilier, he's creepy but that's the whole point. Anyway, I have no idea what was wrong with me before because now I recognize that this is one of the best Disney films since the renaissance.

5. Beauty and the Beast (+2)
Again, what was wrong with me before? How could I not see how great this movie really is? This film is a true classic. It's elegant and sophisticated, intelligent and beautiful, and plenty of that Disney magic. I think the characters are very memorable, especially the sidekicks, and I now like both Belle and the Beast more. The soundtrack has a nice Broadway musical feel and animation is lovely, especially in the iconic ballroom scene. No wonder this film is beloved by so many people, I love it too. Gaston is not that great of a villain though and like every movie it isn't flawless but it's still very deserving of the praise it receives.

4. Tangled (+2)
This is the movie that restored my faith in Disney films after that largely abysmal post renaissance period.I think it has it all: humor, romance, action and adventure, nice animation, a good story, great characters and that special Disney feel. The only thing that it lacks is a strong soundtrack but other than that it's a great movie. I love Rapunzel, Flynn, and Pascal and think that Mother Gothel is one of the most interesting DP villains. This film has some really magical, memorable moments and is so much fun. It also sort of feels like a breath of fresh air, I'm not sure why. I guess I just really like the modern feel of this film.

3. Frozen (-1)
I was sort of scared to put this one so high since I know so many people seem to be tired of it and it is still very new but gosh darnnit I like it, so here it is. And now let me delight you with a lovely rendition of that song we all know the words to, Let it Go! On second thought, let's skip the lovely rendition. This film is very fun and has that modern feel that I like. The animation is great and the soundtrack is excellent, I love that it has such a Broadway feel. I really like all of the characters, especially Anna and Kristoff, they make such an adorkable couple. Yes, I know, the story has issues but really they all have their own issues so it doesn't bother me. Since it's still new I put it at #3 instead of #2 but still, it gets more hate than it deserves, it's not ultra original or perfect but I don't mind. I felt the Disney magic when I saw it in theaters, it didn't disappoint me then and I actually even like it more now.

2. Aladdin (+1)
I've always loved this movie because it's just such a magical classic. It's so engaging and fun and so very nostalgic. I love the setting, characters, soundtrack, villain, story, pretty much everything:) It has my favorite prince/hero and some of the best sidekicks of any Disney film. Jafar is an excellent and very creepy villain and Jasmine is a brave princess, I mean she had to kiss Jafar, I shudder at the thought, but all joking aside I actually do like Jasmine more now. The animation is nice and I don't find it too cartoony like some people say. The cave of wonders scene is fantastic and the film is filled with iconic scenes. I've always been interested in the Arabian Nights and other fantastical, exotic stories like that so this film has always captured my imagination.

1. Mulan (0)
Yep, nothing has changed :) I was afraid to rewatch Mulan because I didn't want to end up disliking it but as I soon as I saw the first brush stroke appear on the screen, I remembered why I love it so much. The movie is as close to perfection as a DP movie can get, in my opinion. It has everything to appeal to everyone: action, adventure, plenty of humor, great animation, a wonderful soundtrack, an ultra creepy villain, memorable and fun characters, and it's set in China( I love Asian stuff). I've always loved Mulan, she's a brave and very funny character but she's not perfect, like some say, and is such a good role model. I love every character but especially Grandma Fa and Mushu alongside Mulan. I loves that epic mountain battle, ah, it's just so fantastic, and that final battle, love it. I love how this movie is more serious and action packed than all the other DP films, it's so exciting. Strangely enough, I didn't sense a lot of Disney magic when I rewatched this one but I guess that's because it's a Chinese war film, it still has such a special, timeless feel to it and I have a feeling that this spot won't be changing any time soon. It hasn't in 15 years. I don't see how anyone can dislike this movie.

Well there it is. I hope I didn't bore you. I must restate that I like all of these films. They are all special, beautiful, timeless, magical, classic, wonderful films, how could anyone not love DP movies? Making those collages was so difficult because each movie had so many iconic scenes but they also each have such nice animation that I tried to give a taste of the unique essence of each film. I tried to do each film justice in the explanations and pictures and hope you enjoyed this article. This list was pretty difficult to make and I'd love to know your thoughts, so please comment below...well what are you waiting for? ;)

Sorry that this part is very short, but if you wonder this is the second to last part which means that the next part will be the last one, but I'll hope you'll enjoy it despite it being short. I'm also sorry for taking so long with writning this part!

"To do or not to do, that's the question, I'm too nervous to even answer, but oh well I'll do it, it can go however it wants to, but I'll do it", Alexandra thought for herself.

And she did and she got a positive response so she felt relived, but now she wanted to go to that witch and save her friend so she said goodbye and continued her journey...

Since I've changed my opinion on a quite a few places, I've decided to make a new list for my new order. :)

Snow White(1937), Cinderella(1950), Aurora(1959), Ariel(1989), Belle(1991), Jasmine(1992), Pocahontas(1995), Mulan(1998), Tiana(2009), and Rapunzel(2010).

10. Pocahontas
I really like Pocahontas, but somebody has to be at the bottom, right? I love her courage and I loved it when she jumped off the cliff. I also love her hair, black is so beautiful and how it moves with the wind is just breathtaking. The reason she's at the bottom is because I...

I'm a big fan of Britney Spears, her songs are fantastic and she's very well known and has been a singer since 1998, isn't that amazing? Now this time I'm not going to post a link to an article about her since I think most of us knows who she is. Again it was hard to choose which song I would use for each princess, but anyways enjoy!

Snow White: Oops!...I Did It Again

This song suits her very well in my opinion because well it suits the relationship between her and Grumpy, it's not a very well suited song, but it still suits her in my opinion.
Here's a link to the song: link

Ok so every princess or a female charcther needs a guy right well sit back and relax as I am going to talk about the hottest Disney/Non Disney leading men ever.So lets begin the countdown.

No 10:Dimtri from Anastasia

So I kinda cheated a bit but hey I have to say this guy is just so charming. He acts really selfish, his a con man in Russia as he hires actresses to pose as Anastasia, turns out that one of the girls he stumbles across while he and his friend spot a girl sitting down on the floor is the REAL princess and falls for her. This guy is witty, charismatic, and a bit of an asshole if I have...

Belle put the diary down, and wiped the tears from her eyes. She couldn’t even begin to fathom the pain her Mother felt. Just a few weeks ago Belle had thought she herself was pregnant. Words couldn’t express the joy she felt. She told Mrs. Potts the exciting news first, and then they were going to plan a special dinner so she could tell Adam and her Papa. But unfortunately, the morning of the big dinner, Mother Nature brought Belle an unexpected and unwanted surprise. She wasn’t pregnant.
She had felt guilty for the longest time for not telling Adam about it, but she hadn’t wanted...

Mulan
Mulan
Okay I wrote one last time now my top 3!

1. Mulan
As you might know I'm a little obsessed with her right now. She's smart and clever and not really wanting to be a perfect daughter. Mulan is strong and brave. My favorite DP at the moment.

2. Tiana
I love her! Tania is funky, hard-working and funny. I wish I could sing like her, her voice is amazing. I love how tiana is smart and never gives up.

3.Belle
Belle is one beauty that I really love. She also has a amazing singing voice. She accepts to love the beast (Some told me I look like Belle because of our hair color, even my RL (real life)friends agree to that. She is one of my 3rd DPs.

Hope you enjoyed and keep watch for my fan-fiction story, Ching Lan: the daughter of Mulan and Shang part 4.

My next Interview is with the Characters from Disney’s Pocahontas. Pocahontas requested the interview be held at Grandmother Willows tree (something about her being able to make everyone understand each other) and I consented, as long as the critters leave us alone. Kocoums spirit is also going to join us for a moment, but John Rolfe is busy in London and could not come. Radcliffe was also banned from this interview. John Smith is coming with his friend Thomas and Pocahontas is bringing Nakoma. I am hoping for another calm interview, but we shall see.

This is the redone article of the prettiest princesses. It's written in a characterization of two fanpop users-- one who thinks they're all beautiful, and one who takes a more...cynical approach.

Thanks to disneydweeb for helping me to write the descriptions of the princesses!

10.Snow White
Snow White has a cherubic face. With her fair complexion, round brown eyes with fluttery lashes, and little red lips, she's definitely a unique looking girl. Her short black hair is striking against her skintone and gives her otherwise simple girl-next-door looks a bit of dramatic flare. She's young and...

A few days ago I made a pick about what the name of Snow White's and Prince's daughter would be and the majority chose Rose Red so I hope you'll enjoy this fan fiction!

If you ever met Rose Red in real life you would be charmed by her beauty because she had the beauty of her mother, but with her father's eyes. Her hair was long and curly and she was loved by everyone just like her mother, but she had never heard her mother's horrible background story so she thought that no one could be jealous of her beauty. Her mother loved her very much and Rose Red thought that she would never have a better...

Even though it isn't the same big change as my prettiest DP list (which just changed again) it still has made a change so I decided to make this new list for you!

10. Jasmine (9)

I can't stand this girl especially with that attitude that she has. Sure, she has some moments where she's happy, but most of the time she's so angry and I don't like that. What I still like about her though is her strong self confidence and that she only wants to marry for love and that she's very relatable! Another thing that I don't like about her is that she decides to leave the palace even though she's a princess!...

I didn’t think I would get to go to the ball.
My stepsisters ripped up my dress after all.
Then out of nowhere my Fairy Godmother appeared.
And she told me not to fear.
She said she would take care of everything.
Then she took out her magic wand, and started to swing.
She made me a beautiful carriage out of a pumpkin!
She looked at me and began to grin.
She transformed my rags into the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen.
It was so pretty I could’ve passed as a Queen!
I even had shoes made out of glass.
I was ready to go, at last!
She told me it would only last until midnight,

In honor of it being Disney Princess Songs Month, I wanted to write a list of my favorite songs. This was incredibly difficult for me, because I really love so many of the songs. To make it a little easier, I divided the songs up into different categories.  I don't have a whole lot of time on my hands right now because I'm moving, so I decided to do this one first. I didn't include EVERY reprise; just the ones that I personally love...

30. Sneezy
I was very surprised that Sneezy made to the TOP 30, and made it past Dopey. I like him, but it annoys me a little that the movie has to stop when he sneezes. Some people find him gross and not memorable at all.

Pros: Aurora seems playful and aware of her aunts’ birthday surprise. She plays along and but is clearly not a gullible person. She is sweet and kind and seems to really cherish her family, as she is excited to introduce her boyfriend to them and share that part of her life with them. 14. Cinderella

To me, Cinderella isn’t the best princess. I’m not sure what it is, but something about her just rubs me the wrong way. I’m not sure if it’s her voice, her personality, or her naivety, but I just can’t stand her. She doesn’t try very hard to get Prince Charming, she does try just not very hard, she doesn’t even tell him her name! How wrong is that? She dances with the dude all night and doesn’t even tell him anything about herself, to me, that’s just wrong!

I like the "romantic" song, I love the "I want" song, I love the beginning and I love the funny scenes, but for me, the most enjoyable scene of a movie is its climax. I might make a countdown about that (with the public's opinion) in the future, but at the moment, I'd like to share my opinion with you.

Before I read Fairest of All by Serena Valentino I didn't like Snow White. I thought she was stupid, vain, and much too naive. Then I read her back story, and my view changed completely. I love Snow White, because she's so optimistic and happy. I adore her sweetness, and the way she can just bright up anyone's day by just being around them.
