Mulan was cleaning the house when she saw a look of devastation on Shang's face as he walked in. "Is everything okay?" she asked worried. Shang tried to keep himself from breaking down. "Shang, whatever it is, you can tell me." Mulan tried to comfort. Shang couldn't take it anymore, reached his breaking point, and broke down crying. "Shang what is it?" Mulan asked again. "They found my father's remains." Shang answered through his sobs. Mulan gasped. "Shang, that's horrible!" she said.

Shang tried to say something, but cried once more. Ling, Yao, and Chien Po came in the house slowly. "I see you guys heard." Mulan remorsed. "Somebody was up in the mountains earlier this afternoon." Yao replied. "We'll get the remains so Shang doesn't have to." Chien Po offered. "Thanks." Shang said with a sad smile. "What am I going to tell my mother?" he questioned tearfully.

"It won't be easy, but I'm sure she'll be glad he's back home where he belongs." Ling consoled. Mulan grabbed Shang's hand and led him to the backyard. "You need to remember what Pocahontas told me when my grandmother died-he's still with you. He's never truly gone. In the wind, you'll feel his presence." she stated soothingly. Shang took a deep breath. "I don't know what to think right now." he said. "Well, to get your mind off of it all, Merida just had a birthday!" Mulan said excitedly. "Wow! I can't believe she's now 18!" Shang replied happily for the first time in hours.

Even if it was only for a moment or so, Mulan had mastered the element of making people forget whatever stupid or devastating thing they had going on. Though, she could make it work permanently on a now 16 month old Ping. Shang and Mulan saw the little tot walking by and Shang scooped him up in a second. "I need you more than ever, Pal." he whispered. Ping laughed and Shang soon joined in. Mulan smiled. She left to give the boys some bonding time.

(A/N: I apologize for making this chapter so short!)
1. Working dress
1. Working dress
Hi there, My next princess will be Cinderella. She has a few more outfits than snow white so we will be having more information today.

1. Working dress
I must begin by saying it's not a dress It's just a blue top with a brown like vest on, brown skirt, white apron with brown flat plump shoes. Like snow whites it's not an outfit you would go on a date with or meet a handsome prince but for a worker then its the best for the job. 5/10

2. Ball dress A
Those step sisters just can't stand her and her dress as it was quickly destroyed. The dress is a pink mainly with a white lower section, pink heels...

Hello again everyone! Here we are with the list of best brown outfits. There are a few of them among the DPs, and I enjoyed this countdown because these outfits so rarely get the spotlight. Most of them are overshadowed by other outfits the characters wear. Hope you enjoyed it!

6. Snow White's brown and white dress

I was kind of sad to see this dress be the first eliminated, although I expected as much. I'm rather fond of this dress for some reason. I'm not sure why. I actually like it better than her iconic dress - I think the colors look much nicer on her...

Hello Kenny.
Hello Kenny.
Okay, since I had done with Enya. Now it's Kenny G's turn! Are you ready?

1. Songbird

Whenever I listened to this music, Snow White would come to my mind since she loves birds, especially during the 'With a Smile and a Song' and the 'Working Song' scene.

2. By the Time the Night is Over

Ella and Kit/ Cinderella and Prince Charming, I personally think it suits the latter more because when the night is over, he will find the mysterious girl that fits the glass slipper.

3. Heart and Soul

Princess Aurora and Prince Philip will dance together to this music, especially during 'Once upon a Dream' and...

1 Belle and Beast - 'Beauty and the Beast'

Sometimes it's the little details, like lady Lumiere in the background and dude!Belle's glasses in his pocket.

2 Cruella de Vil - '101 Dalmatians'

And sometimes it's just being uncomfortably attracted to one of the most evil people in the Disney lexicon.

3 Elsa - 'Frozen'

There would be no eternal winter with this smoking hot King on the Thorne.

4 Esmeralda - 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame'

Did God help the outcasts get ripped? Because dayum.

5. Hades - 'Hercules'

This makeover makes her derisive 'He's a man!' line even better.

Hey everyone! This is my second countdown in the series, and it was a short one since there are only three yellow dresses and one orange dress among the DPs. Despite that, I thought it was a good countdown.

4. Tiana's orange dress

I don't think this dress is ugly, but most users agreed that it was very plain, and some didn't like the color on Tiana very much.

It's not as cute as the others and it's not iconic like Belle and Snow White's dress. ~SarahCorine
It is also nice, but others are just better. ~hirohamada
Orange is not a flattering color on Tiana. ~wavesurf

Hey everyone! So this is the first culminating article in a series of countdowns that I am doing. There will be one for each color of outfit. The winning outfit in each countdown will then continue on to a final countdown which will determine Fanpop's number one DP outfit. Enjoy! :)

9. Mulan's pink and blue underclothes

I didn't mind this outfit. In fact, I quite liked the contrast between the blue top and pink bottom. However, most users disagreed, finding it too plain.

Unremarkable. ~Silverrose1991

Loving this movie.
Loving this movie.
Okay, I was watching the 2012 version of Les Miserables last night and I had seen the 2015 reboot of Cinderella last month. Both movies have a common theme with each other: Forgiveness. The characters also play a similar traits to each other.

Cinderella

While watching this movie last month, I keep thinking that the story reminds me of Les Miserables! Aside from the same filming location of France, certain scenes and characters remind of some characters from Les Miserables.
For example, during the scene after Lady Tremaine and the 2 stepsisters called Ella by her trademark name, Cinderella. The...

Anyway, here's my princess ranking!!

13. Anna

Anna-banana is cute, but I just like the others more. :P

12. Cinderella

I don't like how Cinderella doesn't really stand up for herself! Yeah she shows a good work ethic, but damn girl! Put that backbone to good USE! That being said, she's really pretty except for her hair during the ball. Like what is UP with that headband??

A while ago, I did a poll series called "A Movie Staring Disney Princesses" , deciding what roles Disney Princesses would play in a movie (results are down below. And then I posted a forum, deciding plots. Although I did decide most of the plot, many people helped me get started and got the plot going in my head, so I can't take all the credit. Thank you to those who participated- whether you helped in the forum, voted in the polls or both, and I'm sorry for the long wait. This will take place in a few parts- I don't know how many exactly, but I estimate four-five.

Hey there! I'm isabellagirl033 and as you all are well aware Cinderella has been adapted many times into live-action movies though only some manage to truely be a hit. I'm going to break down some of my favourite portrayals into my Top 5.

5. Hillary Duff, A Cinderella Story
Despite it's cringe-worthiness and lack of loyalty to it's source, I still managed to enjoy the movie. Tween icon Hillary Duff is the last thing that comes into my mind when I think of Cinderella but she made a convincing one at that. I think this spot goes to Hillary Duff mostly due to...

I have already done this, a few months ago actually and I decided to do it again. My opinion has changed a lot, because a lot of people have made good points and so many of these good points have changed my opinion quite s bit.

13. Aurora

It's not so much that I dislike her, it's just I found her kind of bland in her movie. She was boring, though I enjoyed her sweet personality. I get she had to sleep, it was simply a part of her story, but I just didn't get to know her much. I know it sounds kind of unfair, but I find it hard to place her higher.

12. Pocahontas

I don't dislike her...

Who do you choose? Live-action reboot or Animated???
Who do you choose? Live-action reboot or Animated???
So, since Disney has release 2 live-action reboots of their Disney classic animated feature. Here is what I think about which movie is better, as well as their animated counterparts.

Cinderella (1950 & 2015)

I would definitely go for the live-action version, as mentioned in my previous articles. Ella has more personality compare to her animated counterpart, and of course, less screen-time for the mice.
However, no Bruno the dog! Also, no songs in it. I wish it was, but on the other hand, the producers and Kenneth Brannagh didn't want the movie to be to close to its original 1950 animated...

The cast!
The cast!
Hi guys, since Frozen has took the world by storm, this article is basically about my initial impressions about the story-line, the songs and music, as well as the art and characters' designs back in 2003, 10 years before the movie that took the world by storm.

The Story

When I first heard that Disney was going to adapt the Snow Queen, my first impression was that it was going to be faithful towards the original story by Hans Christian Anderson. Secondly, I thought that it was about 2 sisters who one of them discover to have ice powers, according to a prophecy, were separated since they were...

Hi everyone!

In this article, I’m going to compare two movies from the Disney Revival, one revolving around a lost princess with magical golden hair, and the other revolving around two sisters, one of whom is a queen with ice powers.

Part A.    Which is the "better" movie?

Tangled has a more cohesive plot and seems to me to have deeper characters that interact superbly with each other. Emotions and thoughts were successfully conveyed with an abundance of facial expressions. The hair animation was astounding, but the skin and eyes could sometimes seem plastic-like or lifeless....

12) The Princess and the Frog
I'm not positive but I think this has a somewhat large fanbase on Fanpop? Even if it doesn't, I don't think that I'll ever adore this film. I'll start with the positives. I LOVE Down in New Orleans and basically the whole beginning. When Tiana is human, it's actually very entertaining. I adore Lottie, and it just is, for lack of better word, better during this part of the film. It's funnier and much, much less obnoxious. I like Facilier and Tiana and Naveen is hilarious at times, but the second half of the film...oh lord. It's so annoying...half the time I can't...

This is my ranking of the princes. This is probably going to be one of my harder articles so please don't be rude.

12. Hans- I can't even describe how much I dislike this character. I hate the idea that the handsome prince has to be a jerk. One of the things I really hate about Frozen is that it mocks the love at first sight of the Walt era princess films. Yes you don't marry a guy you just met but I think most people are smart enough to know that, it's just common sense, yes there is no such thing as love at first sight but that's because they're fairytales and fairytales aren't suppose to...
