The first Frozen film made such a big impact on me that I became very excited for a sequel. The sequel ended up coming out about six years after the first film. This was because the makers of Frozen planned on Frozen being a standalone story. However, after coming up with an idea that they thought was good enough, they decided to make a second film. I'm so glad that they made the decision to do that.

In the second film, Elsa has started hearing a mysterious voice. She attempts to find out where the voice is coming from. In the process of doing so, she gets into contact with the spirits of the Enchanted Forest. Elsa goes to the Enchanted Forest to figure out what's going on. Anna, who has been feeling concerned about Elsa, comes along. The two sisters, who are accompanied by Kristoff, Sven and Olaf, meet a group of people that have been stuck in the Enchanted Forest for years. It's up to Elsa and Anna to make things right with the spirits.

The plot of Frozen 2 manages to be compelling and engaging. It doesn't feel like a repeat of the same film. Instead, it's a unique story that gives lots of development for Elsa. She and Anna's bond continues being the heart and soul of the franchise. Also, the film goes into detail about the history of Elsa and Anna's family. We get to learn a lot more about their parents. There are certain subplots that don't get as much attention as they should. Taking out some of Olaf's comedy scenes could have given room for the new characters and their subplots to develop. However, the film's plot still manages to have lots of heart and passion.

Kristoff's role in this film has been accused of not being very important to the plot. While I understand where the critics are coming from, I think that Kristoff is very likable and amusing in the film. He continues having good chemistry with Anna.

Elsa and Anna's parents, King Agnarr and Queen Iduna, have a more prominent role in this film than they did in the first film. Since I was a big fan of the parents, I loved that this film gave them more relevance to the plot. They are a lovable couple that are both very charming and eloquent. This time around, Alfred Molina voices Agnarr. Alfred Molina has a long history of giving great performances. He usually plays villains, but this time around, he proves that he can also play heroes.

Frozen 2 adds several new characters to the Frozen franchise. Several of them are strong, memorable additions to the series.

In this film, we get to learn about Elsa and Anna's grandfather. The grandfather, King Runeard, may not physically be around during the events of the film, but he ends up being very important to the plot's conflict. Lieutenant Mattias is a charming addition that is very likable and heroic. Despite having a serious presence, he provides a good number of funny moments. Ryder has some very amusing moments with Kristoff. Despite not having a big role, Honeymaren has left a big impact on several Frozen fans, including me. Her chemistry with Elsa has helped make her a memorable character.

This time around, Anna's a bit more on the serious side. Seeing her grow as a leader is a powerful thing to see. Like with the first film, she and Elsa make a compassionate duo. Their close family bond adds a lot of heart and cuteness to the film.

I don't mean to sound hyperbolic, but Elsa's role in this film is the greatest thing in the history of anything ever. Seeing Elsa be much braver and bolder is a beautiful, uplifting thing to witness. This time around, she's not hiding away. She has decided to search for her destiny and her future. As a shy person who has lots of anxiety, seeing Elsa overcome her insecurities is a beautiful, inspiring thing for me. I had already developed a connection to Elsa in the first film. However, this film made me appreciate her more than ever before.

The first film had beautiful animation. This film's animation might be even more gorgeous. Elsa gets several unique looks and outfits in the film. Every one of Elsa's looks is a beautiful sight to behold. Anna also develops her own sense of stylish fashion. The new characters have appealing, unique designs. Elsa's water horse is visually dazzling, so any scene that the horse appears in is a visual treat.

The songs in the first film left a big impression on people, so this film had big shoes to fill. I'm happy to report that this film has great songs. Kristoff's song in the first film was very short. This time around, he gets a much longer song that's very catchy and fun. Elsa's songs continue being a delight to listen to. In my personal opinion, Idina Menzel's Elsa is the best singer Disney's had since Tony Jay's Frollo in The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

Some people think that Frozen 2 isn't as good as the first film. I think that Frozen 2 is a film that lives up to the first film. It's an amazing film that's left a huge impact on my life and heart. Above all else, this film proves that Elsa is one of the greatest characters to ever grace the big screen.

The results are in! So which is the prettiest town among all? I recently conducted a poll to figure which towns are seen as the prettiest towns from DP movies by fans, and here's what the Disney Princess fans have to say about each and how they have ranked it.
Special thanks to tiffany88, who has generously contributed not only with her comments but also with phenomenal collages to help the fans choose better! Thank you so much for your generous help! <3

I did the 20 Worst DP outfits, and not wanting to waste time on the mediocre ones, will now rank my favorites.

20. Ariel's Nightgown
"So excited to wear this frilly pink nightgown!"
"So excited to wear this frilly pink nightgown!"

Yes, it's just a nightgown, and yes, pink is not her color, but yes oh yes does it look pretty, comfortable and just appealing.

19. Snow White' Servant Dress
"So fab rn."
"So fab rn."

If the ends were just cleaned up a bit, and she changed out of those ugly clogs, this would be an adorable outfit. She is rockin' that hairbow.

I have been wanting to write this article since beginning but it took a lot more time to find that right kind of dresses for each princess. I love weddings, the festivity of it, the promises in it, the preparations for it. I'm kind of disappointed that Disney hasn't made it a ritual kind of a thing in its movies. Though I understand, different plots need different settings, but I'd still love to see more of Disney weddings especially in a romantic plot. I so wish especially Aurora's and Snow's wedding, with them finding their prince in the classic fairytale set-up.
Initially I had wanted to...

Hi everyone! Due to most of my friends getting a nasty cold this weekend and not being able to hang out, I spent the last few days shored up inside, watching the DP sequels that I hadn't yet seen and re-watching those that I didn't remember well. I was pleasantly surprised to find some "diamonds in the rough" that I wasn't expecting, but unfortunately also had to suffer through a few incredibly cringe-inducing films. I didn't include Belle's Tales of Friendship in this list, mostly because I couldn't find it online anywhere, but also because it's partly live-action so I didn't feel like it...

This is my ranking of the princess films. These are my personal opinions. It is okay if you don't agree with my list but please no rude comments.

12. Brave

I hate this movie. I haven't seen it in 3 years and I don't want to see it again. I think Disney as dimitri put it, was trying to hard to please radical feminists that hate Disney princesses. Merida is so rude bratty and obnoxious I just want to punch her in the face. Moving on.

11. Frozen

Another Disney movie I can't stand. Like with Brave, I think Disney was trying to hard to be progressive. The characters are extremely annoying and the soundtrack...

Now that I am done with school I can finally write my ranking of the Disney Princesses. These are just my personal opinions. It is ok if you disagree with my list but please no rude comments.

13. Merida

I really can't stand Merida. I haven't been Brave in 3 years but I don't want to see it again. I think she is rude, bratty, & obnoxious. Moving on.

12. Elsa

I'm not an Elsa fan. I don't find her very likeable. She just irritates me. I don't really know what else to say.

11. Anna

I like her better than Else no doubt but she doesn't do much for me. I hated the line she when she said she is gassy....
