"im gonna go for a quick dip. Ok mom? Eevee asked her mother as she headed for the pond. "Ok sweetie! Just a real fast swim! It looks like storms comin ok?" Espeon yelled after her daughter. "OK MOM SEE YA IN A LITTLE!"

.....SPLASH! eevee dives into the pond. Underwater she swims deeper into the water, then bumps into her best friend or (as eevee would say)BFF, a goldeen.
Goldeens been eevees bff ever since she saved eevee from drowning at 5 yrs old. Now they are super close friends!
Eevees lungs were starting to burn from absence of air. Eevee pointed upward and started toward the surface. Unfortunately, before eevee could even break the surface, her concience faded as she sank to the bottom. Goldeen saw what happened and dove down and caught her friend on her back. She swam to the surface with eevee hanging struggling to hang on as she felt weaker by the second. Eevee hit the surface and started coughing and sputtering out water. "Are you ok eevee?" "Yeah im ok.(coughing) thanks for pushing me back up here goldeen." "No problem.... i wish you can breathe underwater, then we can have a sleepover without you having to surface every 2 minutes for air!" Goldeen joked.. "actually i can breathe underwater, if i have something called a regulator." Eevee replied. "A regawhat???" Goldeen asked extremely confused. She never heard of a regulator before. "A regulator. Underwater, it filters out the stuff u breathe giving me the stuff i need to breathe in water." Eevee explained. Goldeen understood. "Oh.... is that the red circle thing with two small red cyllinder thingies on both sides of it that the humans have in there mouths every time they visit the reef?" Goldeen asked just to make sure... "yes it is, and not just humans, pokemon can have them too, cause ive got one too!" Eevee said happily. "How come i dont see you use one?" Goldeen questioned. "I only use it for researching the reef, and when your not here. Anyway meet me at the reef, ill go get my regulator, besides i still need to study something and maybe you can help me goldeen." Eevee said. "Ok ill help besides i got nothin better to do besides go explore the pond a little further out and theres a huge scary sharpedo out there...." goldeen shuddered at the time it almost ate her but ill just skip that for now.

"Come on eevee, please let me see!" Goldeen asked impatiantly. "Hold on a minute goldeen.. and stop poking me with your horn, you know i hate that!" Eevee demmanded through her regulator as air bubbles exited the regulator every time eevee either breathed out or spoke. "Well so-rry. Are you done looking?" Goldeen was losing paciance. "Ok goldeen im done looking. Go ahead." As goldeen takes a peep into a small hole, she sees a diamond and an emerald buried at the bottom of the 4 feet deep hole. "Wow its so pretty and shiny! I wonder if we can dig it out..." goldeen suggested. "Goldeen you can be so insane sometimes i prefer to keep it there so other tourists can look at its wonder. Besides the stuff burying those gems are solid rock! I would be risking my regulators battery to get them out!" Eevee said. "Speaking of which, how much battery is still in that thing?" Goldeen wondered. Eevee takes a deep breath, pulls out her regulator from her mouth, checks the battery life, and puts it back her mouth, exhaling. "Still pretty full." "Thats good. Btw eevee, does your mom know about you researching the coral reef down here?" Goldeen asks. "Well actually she does and she got me this regulator cause she thinks its a good idea for me to be learning something fasinating. Wait a minute.... oh man! My mom said a real quick swim.. ive been here an hour! I gotta get goin....uh goldeen... you do know the waters moving faster.. do you?!" Eevee started to remember her dream she had last night... but the water wasnt swirling..... it was rocking! Underwater, eevee and goldeen are struggling to reach the surface by fighting against the violent undertows and currents! Finally eevee and goldeen break the surface and swim toward shore. "Uh eevee look!!!" Goldeen points to the sky showing a massive hurricane coming down! Eevee had to warn her mother... before its too late!!!!!
