Hi, it's Beth (I made this spot forever ago when these things were still called spots). I'm sure you've heard about the tragic death of Cory Monteith last night. I watched the police department's press release and I prayed it wasn't true. I admit, I haven't watched Glee in over three years, but Cory's death has shaken me to my core. Finn was always my favorite character on the show, and I could tell from interviews that Cory was a genuine, lovely person to know and be around. I can't imagine what the Glee cast is dealing with right now, including and especially his fiancee Lea. I don't know what to say beyond this: I haven't watched Glee in over three years, and the fact that the moment I found out his death was confirmed, I bawled (and have been sporadically crying all day today). I think that's got to say something about the person Cory Monteith was, and the joy he gave me and millions of other fans as Finn on Glee. I can't find a negative thing to think or say about the guy. His death is a great and tragic loss to everyone who even barely knew him, and my prayers are with his coworkers, friends and families.
