Jeff Jarrett came out to explain his match against Chyna at No Mercy and said that after beating her he would not only prove that he is the greatest WWF Intercontinental Champion of all time but more importantly Men are dominant and Women are weak.
We suddenly hear Debra's music and to cheers she appears on the stage with a microphone in front of a crowd in her home state. She has something to say about what Jeff Jarrett just said.
"Oh Jeffrey! I have only one thing to say to you... that there's going to be a new Intercontinental Champion at No Mercy.
And guess what? Its gonna be a Woman!"
With a wave and a kiss towards the fans and her former business partner, she smiles and departs the stage to more cheers leaving an angry Jeff Jarrett to march up the ramp complaining about her surprise appearance.
Debra's prediction would come true with Jeff Jarrett losing the belt at No Mercy!
