It looks like a jewish wedding.
It does not mean a chair wedding but it is a possibility. It looks like they are attending a wedding together. So mostly likely there is going to be a chair reunion. <3

I'm very excited to say that i think Blair and Chuck will get engaged!!
As, i'm jewish and therefore, i know that the thing they're doing i.e. lifted on chairs and holding hands --> it's a ritual you do at engagement parties and weddings.
and even though neither is jewish, Blair's step-father is and because Blair is the one of the two who has "parents" that she talks to, they'll host the party and as Cyrus is jewish it'll have those elements in!

sorry i've rambled but it seems weird to people who don't know the faith what they're doing haha!
