Chapter 10: Quidditch Practice Can Ruin Friendships
I couldn't help notice that Harry was anxious in class all day.I guess I would be too,I mean,after that flying lesson when we were finally able to ride, I felt so free and relaxed.I would love to play Quidditch,especially with the best broom out there,but maybe next year or something like that.
After class we raced into Harry and Ron's room to open the package.
Whoa.I may not have see alot of broomsticks but that shit looked hot!He is SO lucky to be on the team.I told him how I would to play Quidditch and he said I could join him and watch his training if I'd like,for experiance you know,nothing else, so I agreed.
As 7pm got close me and Harry left the castle and we set off to the Quidditch feild.This feild was definately now one of my favorite places to be,it felt so comforting.
Harry who was too eager to fly to wait for Wood, so he took off.Lucky again.I wish I was up there. He swept in and out of goal posts and speeding around the feild, showing off his new broomstick.
"Hey,Potter, come down!"
Oliver Wood had arrived and was carrying a large wooden crate under his arm. Harry landed next to us.Wood started complimenting Harry's flying till he finally noticed me.
"And you are..?"
"Oh,this is Hayley" said Harry
"Don't worry I won't be a bother,just watching"
"Want to impress you're girlfriend,Potter.Fine by me.None of mine buisness"
"He's not my boyfriend,Wood.We're just friends and I'm here cause I want to know more about Quidditch,next time know the facts." That didn't come out as intended,I sounded like a bitch.
"Sorry.,kidding.But anyway, we've wasted enough time.Now listen closely,Quidditch,is easy enough to understand,even though it's not always easy to play..."

After explaining the rules and the players, almost getting knocked to the ground by a blugder, and showing us the Golden Snitch, Wood and Harry were up in the air, Harry being thrown golf balls to practice with since it was too dark and they could lose the Snitch.Harry was pretty good, he caught every single one of them.I'm sure the other teams got something to worry about.Can't wait to see Malfoy's face when we win!
We said goodnight to eachother as we seperated to go to our dorms but before I was able to go through the door Michelle blocks my way.
"Where were you and Harry?It's a little late to be roaming the halls alone."
"Well sorry,mom!I didn't know I had a curfew!" I said "Seriously, what's wrong?"
"Oh, nothing.There is absolutely nothing wrong with you and Harry being out together alone at night.You were kising werent you Hayley? You know i like him!How could you betray me like this?!"
"Betray?! Since when is he rightfully yours!" I take a step in the room but I stop and look back "We weren't kissing by the way, we were on the Quidditch feild,cause he needs practice,if that's what you want to hear.I'm going to bed. Goodnight Michelle."
What is her problem? I thought she trusted me?Its a shame cause we were getting real close,us two, but now it's all ruined. Why am I such a fail at friendships?!

I woke up to a bad taste in my mouth in the morning.I was trying to remember what had happened last night.Oh,right. Michelle.
Why is it that everywhere I go,my "friends" always seem to go behind my back.I guess the past always finds a way to repeat itself.
This is horrible.I wonder if the others will still talk to me.Will they choose sides? Will they choose my side? Of course they wont, no one ever does. I bet even Harry will beleive her. Poor little Michelle, what did she ever do to you Hayley, your a horrible person,I can't beleive I ever was your friend.
I don't even feel like getting up.Maybe I could just stay here, in the comfort of my bed and the protection of my four velvet sheilds, so that I don't have to face anybody.
Oh what am I saying! I can't stay here, I'm hungry anyway, I need breakfast!Besides, I have to go to class cause god had to make this day a thursday.I groggily got off my bed, changed into my robes,and slouched down to breakfast.
What day was it today? Oh yeah,October 10. Great and with what happened yesterday it makes this day just perfect.
What was it gonna be like? Living with someone who hates you.We were the best of friends, and it was split cause of a crush. I guess thats ANOTHER reason I hate love, and girls who obsess over guys.They make the best of friends,but they ruin friendships.Maybe I should stick to just having guy friends, girls can be so dramatic: "You know I like him! I though you were my friend?blahblahblah."
Though I have to admit I am gonna miss her company.She was alot of fun,(when she wasn't thinking about guys) and we had gotten pretty close.
But she was being so imature, do I even want to be her friend again? I'm fine by myself. Yeah of course I am, I always have, today is no different.No one's gonna stop me from eating. I ran to the Great Hall before breakfast would be finished.
I found Ron and Harry and they waved me over. So I guess they didn't hate me.
"Hayley, you look more terrible than usual. Didn't sleep well?" said Fred,who was sitting right next to them.
"No, thanks for caring.You guys haven't seen Michy have you?" please say no, please say no.
"What's wrong?Are you two fighting? Cause she's coming right now" said Harry
"Hayley! I NEED to talk to you, please?" I heard. That was obviously Michy's voice. Yeah so now she wants to be friends.
"I'm sorry do you guys hear something?"
"Please, not here!" I stayed silent "Fine! Look Hayley, I'm sorry! I shouldn't have accused you of-" she glanced at Harry,"you know.I was being stupid,remember all those fun times we've had together?"
Well, oh man what should I do? Just let all of this blow over? It's her fault. Buuut, she DID apologize,and all those fun times we had together. Oh man flashback.

2) Send Snape shampoo
3) Take pictures of himself while showering and then sell them to the female population of Hogwarts.
4) Give Remus a makeover while he is asleep.
5) Ask the potions professor whether the day's assignment can be used a sexual lubricant.
6) Sign his essays 'Seriously Sexy Sirius'.
7) Convince Remus that all the books in the library have been stolen and that it is closing down.
8) Tell First years that Filch is the Voice of God.
9)Tell people that it's Remus' Time of the Month when he tells First Years off for breathing too loudly.
10)Calling Lucius Malfoy "Luscious Mouthful" is just plain gross
11)I will not change the password to the prefects' bath to "Makes getting clean almost as much fun as getting dirty".

You have a place in the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please go to The Leaky Cauldron, then to Diagon Alley to get your school things. The train leaves Sep, 1st, at 11:00am, from Platform 9 and 3 quarters.
