High School Musical Question

Help me propose. Where was this HSM3 scene filmed?

My girlfriend loves high school musical 3. I would like to propose at this location but can't seem to figure out where it is. I called Stanford University and they confirmed that it was not shot at their school (even though other scenes were) East High in Salt Lake definitely doesn't have a garden that nice either.

Help me make her happy :-)
