"C-can we p-pl-please leave, M-Miss Suzumiya?
I-It's so d-dark in here!" Mikuru looked around until she heard an owl. The time traveler screamed and jumped into Kyon's arms.
Only Lauren saw his smile.
"Wipe that grin off, slickster." She grumbled.
"Shut up." Kyon hissed.
"Why don't you both shut up?" Haruhi said. "Especially you, Kyon. You and your perverted self." Kyon stuck his tounge out at the Brigade leader. "Real mature." Lauren critizized.

After a while of walking in the dark, Haruhi stopped, and so did the rest of the Brigade. "I dont see why we didn't find any ghosts. Aren't you supposed to find ghosts at night? That's what The Esper told me." "What does she know? She's crazy." Kyon said. "At least she knows more than you do." Lauren said.
"Well we might as well set up."
"Wait---we're camping here?"
"That's why we brought tents, dumbass!"
"Shut it, Lauren-The-Spaz. How am I supposed to let my parents know about this?"
"Call 'em!"
Kyon grabbed his phone, grumbling.
"We'll search more at 3 AM, when it's dark." Haruhi announced.

An hour later, a howling sound desended in the night, waking up Haruhi. "A ghost!" She squealed.
"What's wrong?" Itsuki asked, waking up.
"I heard something! It might be a ghost!"
"Miss Suzumiya, I don't think you should-"
"I'm gonna go check it out!"
And with that, Haruhi ran out the tent, with Itsuki following behind her.
If something's really there...and it hurts her...then she must have wished for it!

"Where's the ghost? Don't tell me it was some prank!" Haruhi looked around some more before hearing someone call her.
"Haruhi!" Itsuki ran up to her.
"Koizumi? Why are you here?"
"I wanted to know if you were okay. It's not safe to go out this late."
"I know. Sorry for not listening."
He kissed her hand. Haruhi blushed. "I'm kinda scared..." She giggled.
"Well then, allow me to escort you back to camp."
"Okay, then."

Haruhi looked up in astonishment as Itsuki came to the stage. He looked more astonishing than he had ever seen: He had a brown tuxedo on and held a bouquet of flowers.
"He's so...beautiful.." She mumbled.
"What was that, Miss Suzumiya?" Mikuru asked.
"O-oh, nothing.."
Haruhi looked away. She really wanted to look at Itsuki again. She looked on the stage one more time as Itsuki took the microphone and started to sing.

"HAPPY NEW YEAR!" She sung.
Today was the day the Students of North High had finally come back their winter break.

I stared at itsuki all day . I don't know why.I just couldnt help it.He seemed sooo...I don't know... Haruhi woke up with a start, a smile on her face. It was the last day of freshman year! She slippedon her uniform and grabbed her bag.
Today was going to be a good day.

"Hey, Mikuru! I've got a new costume for ya!" Haruhi held up a pink fairy costume. Kyon rose to defend Mikuru, but Lauren pushed him down. "At least take a break from abusing Miss Asahina for once! It's the last day!" Kyon whined. Haruhi laughed. "No way! I'm gonna live today to the fullest!" She took Mikuru by the hand and pulled her into the bushes.

Dreamy Feelings

Haruhi scratched her head, looking out at the window. She wasn't in a melancholic state, she was smiling, rather dreamily. When people called her name, she just smiled wider and mumbled to herself.

She was thinking about someone.
And his name was Itsuki Koizumi.

She and Itsuki's relationship had taken a turn. They had grown closer, and slowly Haruhi fell for him. At first she shrugged it off, and tried to avoid him. But this just made her fall harder for him.

Then the dreams started.
The dreams of her and him together, dreams of their wedding, dreams of them in complete harmony. And sometimes...

They day I nearly died choking on my lunch. The day I went to the hopsital for the first time in my entire life.

"Bam! That's what you get for making fun of my 'momma'!" she said sternly.
"OWCH! DAMMIT LAUREN, THAT'S HOT!" Kyon screeched.
"No der! That's why I did it dumbass!" Lauren looked at me. "Oh, hi Haruhi!" She skipped over to me.
"Hey," I said as I set my bag down.
"Well, hey. Remember how you said I owed you for the mud puddle thinggie? Well yeah. I'm paying you back by setting up a spa date for you and Itsuki!" Lauren sung.

I flopped down on my bed, after a long day of school. I sighed and looked up at the ceiling. Coming home and doing nothing was my favorite part of the day.
bzzzz.... bzzzz... I looked at my phone which was now buzzing to the end of my nightstand. I grabbed it just befor it fell off. I looked at the caller I.D.;

"Jesus Christ!" I groaned as I opened the phone.
"KYON! GET YOUR ASS DOWN TO THE STATION! I TOLD YOU THE BRIGADE WAS MEETING HERE RIGHT AFTER SCHOOL!" Haruhi screamed at me.

A Tough Fighter

Haruhi was walking down the hallway to the Brigade clubroom. Beside her were some talking football players. She accidentally tripped and rammed into the back of the quarterback.

Haruhi sat in the bleachers, watching the entire Brigade hang out: Kyon with Mikuru, Ryoko with Taniguchi, Tsuruya with Kunikida, and The Esper and Lauren were drinking punch. She looked over at Itsuki, who was trying to fix the stereo, along with Yoh. "What's going on?" She asked, walking over to where they were. "The stereo's broken, and the dance starts in 5 minutes!" Yoh complained as Itsuki nodded. "Hmm..I heard at this dance, where the stereo was broken, the principal had the entire school use their iPods for music. It was pretty fun, according to a friend of mine who goes to the school."...

Haruhi found herself feeling angry when filming was done. She didn't cry like usual. She was angry at not Mikuru, but Itsuki. He associated with Mikuru, but treated it like it was nothing. Didn't he have a girlfriend who would be offended when he saw him with her?
That angered her even more.

The filming for The Adventures of Mikuru Asahina was underway.
