Folding up the letter and the journal i tucked them into my bag. I knew what i had to do. Nothing would be fixed if i sat and cried here. I had to catch a grip of myself. Saddly i didnt need Emmett or Edward with me...Emmett would be annoyed but such is life. I packed my bag and left for my car. I had a long trip...Glad i packed my passport.
Sitting in my little car i hit the radio on and began to drive to the airport. I was glad of the gloomy weather, it matched my mood. The clouds where thick like they were about to burst...Like my thoughts in my head.
I reached the airport, jumping out of the car and running at a human pace into the departures. I bought the first ticket to Italy. Lucky i only had one carry on and no big luggage. I used Jaspers credit card, and was instantly moved up to first class. I couldn't help but smile, i knew what this meant, everywhere i go in this airport i'm now Mrs Hale. Jasper loved to make everything easy for me... I shook my head of this. No more. I have to stop it, i know what i have to do. Walking in to the waiting area i nipped around the shops. Shopping cleared my mind, i picked out a few cute tops and the new months mags. I knew i had to look human, so i sat and stared blankly at the mags, turning the pages every now and then. Once or twice i checked my phone like normal human girls do. When i looked it broke my heart. I had a text from Jasper.
Alice...Where are you? Please come home. Edward said you just took off...I'm so worried. Please come home. I love you xxxx
I sighed and deleted the text as my gate number was called. I stood up packing my stuff and walking with the other few. I flicked my passport to the man at the gate. He stared at me and his jaw dropped...I hate when they stare. I walked through and took my seat waiting for this flight to hurry the heck up. the flight was long and boring, it was times like these i wish i could sleep to waste time.
When the plane finally landed i was first to stand and first out, my nerves were going but i knew what i had to do! I looked around the car park and saw the perfect little Volvo, it was almost the double of Edwards. Looking around i slipped a hair clip from my hair and picked the lock. Slipping inside the car i broke a wire under the steering wheel, Emmett had taught me earlier. The car jumped to life and i smirked. I have to thank him for that short lesson.
I took off them, having serious déjavú from the last time me and Bella had come to save Edward. I was breaking the speed limit and enjoying the ride when my phone rang. I sighed to this and looked to the caller ID. It was Edward. I decided i should answer it, lifting it to my ear i did so.
'Hey Edward' I put on a fake tone. 'Alice!' Where are you ?! Why have you not answered your phone?!' He started firing questions at me. 'I'm in Italy...'I said and i heard gasps in the back round. Suddenly i heard a snarl and Edward yelled 'EMMETT KEEP JASPER BACK!' There were many snarls and screams. I hung up. I knew i should have told them i was not here to kill myself, and Jasper was still clueless to why this was all going on...But this had to be done. I flew to Volturia. Stopping just outside the fountain. I ran into the front gates, i knew they would try and stop me but the first 3 guard were not at the door so if i could JUST get into the main hall. I ran at immortal speed. Busting through the front doors. I ran to the elevator and dived in. I felt a hand grab for me but i kicked it hard out. As soon as the doors open i saw them standing waiting to grab me. I knew to duck as soon as the door made the ping noise. I ducked and slid on my new jeans across the marble floor. I ran as fast as i ever had. I felt the footsteps close behind me but the door was within my reach! I ran for it and shoved myself into it, hurtling myself onto the floor. I stood up and yelled 'I NEED TO KNOW WHERE EVIE FINTAN IS!' As the words left my mouth i was grabbed and pulled to the floor.
