Okay guys I know alot of you, I don't know if hate is the right word. Despise some of the movies for not putting in certain plots or characters. But we the fans have to remember that each one of these books are so rich with story that a four hour movie would still not be enough. Every book ever adapted has had cuts made to it. Its the way it goes. Even for some of the simplest books. But Harry Potter's world is anything but simple. I have been a fan of the books since they first came out in 97 or 98. In 2000 when I heard that there would be a movie about the books I thought to myself, How on earth are they going to fly on broomsticks, do spells, etc. But they made one heck of a movie. And all of them have turned out great, and they have had cuts but under the supervision of Jo herself. I think what we need to do is see the books for what they are and then see the movies for what they are. Besides we should be proud of them. They have been nominated for Oscars, had one of the most accomplished movie composers- John Williams(Star Wars,Jaws,Indy,Jurassic Park,) and have never been rotten on the Tomato meter on Rottentomatoes.com. Know why, they have good source material, actors, sets and music and have taken the time to do their best. So I applaud them. Yes the books are still the most magical, but the movies are pretty awesome as well. Here's to next November the beginning of the end.
