OK I think I figured out how to make this a bit more fun, thanks to madz and twilightgglost for the help :).
End of Part 20
When we were all done we all began walking back to town, everyone discussing where we would be going next. I thought this was strange because I thought that they just stayed in one place and lived their lives like normal people.
"Let's go to Alaska." Esme suggested.
"No we were there a few years ago. How about New York?" Rosalie suggested.
"New York could be fun, but too much sun." Carlisle said.
"How about Washington? It's cloudy a lot there I hear, it's suppose to rain a lot and that would be a nice change." Edward suggested.
I was thinking about all of this when we stepped out of the woods and back into the busy city. I stopped and looked around at all the people who were living their normal lives.
I wasn't paying attention to what everyone else was discussing, a large family had just gone by with a cart loaded with fresh vegetables. I instantly started thinking about my family again, I knew that if we were going to leave town I wanted to stop by and say goodbye to my family.
Part 21
We walked down the street and I noticed that people were staring at me. It seemed like they were watching everyone in the group but it seemed like the women were staring at me more then the rest.
"Why are they all watching me?" I asked Rosalie quietly.
"Well, in case you forgot you don't have a shirt on anymore. It's very distracting." She said as she smiled up at me and then looked at my chest again.
I had honestly forgotten that I didn't have a shirt on anymore. The bear had ruined it while trying to rake my chest with it's claws.
I looked down at her again and pulled her closer to me, wrapping my arm around her. She smiled again and giggled softly.
"Hmmmm Rosalie giggling. Strange." Edward said as he walked up the stairs to the house.
We walked into the house and everyone went their own ways. Carlisle and Esme went up the stairs to their room, or to the library. Edward went into the living room where he sat at the piano and started playing better then anyone I've ever heard.
"Shall we go back upstairs and talk more?" She asked as she winked at me.
I've never had anyone wink at me before, I wasn't really sure what she meant by this but if I got to spend time alone with her I was more then willing.
I grinned at her, and started walking up the stairs. She opened the door a new room that I had never been in before.
It was obviously a girls room, you could tell the second you walked in. The walls were a soft cream color with rose colored curtains. There was a large closet that was filled with clothes that would make my sisters very jealous.
The last thing I noticed was a large four post bed. It was larger then the three beds that were in my old bedroom. It had a dark mahogany head board that stood to about my shoulder, the comforter was a Grey color that matched the room perfectly.
I stood in the door way and motioned for her to go in first, she smiled a thank you and walked over the bed. I closed the door behind us and went to join her on the bed.
"Oh, my shirt. I wonder if Carlisle or Edward have one that would fit me." I said apologetically.
"Don't worry about the shirt." She said as she reached her hand over and ran her fingers down my chest.
I felt a shiver run through my entire body, the feeling was something I had never felt before. It was so soft and warm, yet very enjoyable.
I smiled at her as I leaned closer to her. I wasn't sure if this is what she wanted but to tell the truth I had wanted to do this since I saw her the first time.
I leaned in as she did and kissed her very softly. We sat there for a fraction of a second before I pulled back and looked into her eyes.
"Oh, I'm sorry." I said softly as I looked down at my hands in embarrassment.
"Don't be sorry please." She said as she leaned in again and kissed me again.
We kissed for a few minutes, the kisses starting off sweetly but quickly filled with a passion that I thought only I was feeling.
I had never felt this way about anyone before. I mean that I had loved my family, but this was something completely new. I didn't understand why but I felt that I was now willing to follow her to the ends of the earth if she asked it.
When I felt like I should have been out of breath I pulled away from her. I took her hand in mine and kissed it softly as I sat up and leaned against the head board.
"Wow." I said, for some reason I couldn't manage to put together a full sentence.
"Yes, I have wanted to do that for a while now. I hope I wasn't too forward." She said softly.
I leaned closer to her and kissed her again, forgetting the people in the house and my questions at that point.
I wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her closer to me and was surprised when her hands wrapped around my neck holding me there with all of her strength.
"Mmm I'm sorry." I said in between kisses.
"Don't be." She sighed.
After a while I realized that my questions were getting the best of me. I wanted to stay in this bed with her all day and not leave, but I had things that I wanted to know before things got out of hand.
I kissed her one more time before rolling on my side to look in her eyes. She smiled her angelic smile as she ran her fingers up and down my arm.
"I'm sorry but I have a few questions that are driving me crazy." I said as she ran her fingers up and down.
"Go ahead." She said as she kissed my shoulder.
"It's hard to remember things when you are doing that. NOT that I want you stop by any means." I explained.
"Go ahead with the questions." She said as she sat up next to me taking my big hand in hers and squeezed them together.
"What was the talk about leaving?" I wondered.
"We tend to not stay in one area for long, it gets more and more difficult to stay inconspicuous." She explained.
"Do you move often?" I asked.
"Every few years we tend to move. Unless someone starts to get curious, then we have to leave sooner." Rosalie stated as if this answer was just a normal fact in her life.
"Where were you before you came here?" I asked, my curiosity peaking.
"Hmmm before here, well we were in Rochester New York where I was changed." She said, sadness flashing across her face.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I won't ask anything about that. You can explain when you are ready." I said squeezing her hand again.
"Thank you. I forget that you are new, you are taking this all so well. Can I ask you a question?" She asked.
"Of course you can, I have asked a lot of you in the last few days." I replied as I looked in her eyes and smiled.
"Why aren't you mad at me, or anyone else? I mean, well when it happened to me I hated the whole family. When you woke up it seemed like you were happy to see me." She wondered.
"I explained that earlier, but, well...I thought you were an angel. I thought I had died and you were there to take me to heaven, and when I woke up and you were still there I realized that I just wanted to be with you. Also, the way that you spoke of Carlisle, and the way he looked I thought maybe he was God and you were an angel. How could I want to leave that?" I asked as I winked at her.
"Interesting. Carlisle as God..hmmm...interesting." She pondered.
"Rosalie I need to ask you something." I said interrupting her thought.
"Of course, anything." She said softly.
"If we are going to leave this area, do you think I could go see my family?" I asked.
"Well, I think we should discuss that with God.....I mean Carlisle." She joked.
The sound of her laugh was like music to my ears, it was the most beautiful sound I had ever heard. Her eyes were sparkling with happiness, I couldn't resist her any longer.
