Well guys i hope you like and sorry if it's really long it's the first one soo i wanted the point to come across but i promise the next one well be better.!! Thank you for reading and comment plss.!!:)
Chapter One.
Beep.Beep.Beep! Ooh just shut up! I answered my alarm clock as I slammed the snooze button, I pulling my head from my pillow and reached for my glasses on my nightstand, I focused my eyes as I placed my glasses on to my clock, just to verify that my annoying little brother hadn’t messed with it again and programmed it to wake me up at 3 in the morning. Which he had done once and promised my parents and I to never do again but I wouldn’t bet on it. “Great another cold and boring day in Casper” I thought to myself. I had been living in this small town for almost 2 months now, but I hated every second of it. But the only reason I was here in this more then dull place, was because my parents are world renowned herpetologists in other words (they study reptiles and amphibians like snakes) ooh yes snakes that’s right. Since I can remember I have travel everywhere from South America to the deserts of savanna, Africa, heck I have been in the Amazon rain forest in Brazil! I had lived a couple of years in Australia. Yes I have been almost everywhere seen and met different people, cultures and places. So you would understand my hesitation to moving to Wyoming for all the places in the world. Why Wyoming? My dad said that there has been strange snake attacks in that area and many say they have seen snake skin’s of odd colors and that many animals have gone missing and need my parents to help caught it. Of course my dad wouldn’t have taken the job if it didn’t mean that there was a chance he could discover a new breed of reptile and study it enough to find something for he’s experiment. My father was completely convinced that snake venom could stop and prevent cancer growth. Don’t get me wrong I was happy with my dad trying to find a cure for cancer, more then happy I was proud of him. But it didn’t make it better for me to adjust to this town. Since the first day I walked into Casper High I know it wasn’t going to be easy, it was like I walked into a parallel world where everyone was just perfect and beautiful, from the hunky jocks and sculpted cheerleader’s to the artsy drama clique who we’re a pretty good looking bunch. Everyone just perfected and me where do I fit in all of this? Well I am still working on it, myself. Things where already going better when I met Lucy, she was the girl who sat next to me in Algebra 2. “Hi am Lucy!” she said to me excited and extended her hand to me, “Skyla” I shook her hand in return. “But you can call me Sky if you like” and placed my hand back to my algebra book ,she was very pretty as well, she had well tanned skin, long chestnut color locks and stunning green-brownish eyes that matched. She was a knockout she smiled and said “Skyla? Really that’s your name? That’s so cool!” I grinned and added “Yeah my dad is parte Dutch and that was my great-grandmother name so he named me after her.”
“So Sky your new here so I guess you needed someone to show you the ropes and i would be happy to show you the town and everything.” As she pushed a lock of her beautiful chestnut hair from her fore head "So what do you say?" She tilted her head waiting for my answer. “Humm…yeah I guess.” I said clueless to what that meant. “Great!” she almost yelled and called the attention of Mr. Perry are Algebra teacher who looked up from he’s deck to give Lucy a serious look. “Oops! Sorry! Mr. Perry!” she said to him. He shook he’s head and looked back to his book of advanced Algebra on he’s desk. Lucy turned her attention back to me and said in a low voice “I’ll pick you up at 7.” I was a little confused where was she going to take me? Just as I was deep in thought, I was quickly irrupted by the school bell. I looked up and saw that everyone had already exited the classroom, so I grabbed my books and ran to my next class.
