I got ready,as did L.We were done getting ready by 7:00.L was in his baggy white shirt and pants again,with no shoes or socks.I heard a knock at the door.I said,"I'll get."And went and answered it.When I opened it I saw two men and a boy around 14.The first man had blond hair with bangs that came kind of in front of his right eye.He wore leather all over his body.The next had brownish red messy hair,not messy or spiky like L's but just a bit.He wore goggles and a jacket with fur on the hood.The 14 year old looking boy had white hair that was kind of curled,he looked almost like L in the face,and wore white pajamas.They stared at me with the eyes as if they thought I was cute.The blond hair talked first."Well who are you?"In a smooth voice."Ash.Are you L's family?"They all nodded."Oh,OK,come in.I'll get L."I led them inside and I could hear one saying,"Hey Near why are your eyes wider than they usually are?"I looked back at them and saw the boy blushing.His face got redder when I looked back,and he tried to cover his face with his white hair.The reddish brown haired one said,"Oh look's like Near has a bit of a crush."The boy looked at him and shook his head trying to deny it,but looked at me,then looked at the ground and scrached the back of his head.I smiled.The blond haired one looked at me and said,"Well Matt I can see why he likes her."The boy,or Near,looked at him and said,"I don't like her."But I could see denile about what he said in his face."Anyways,Ash,I'm Mello,this is Matt,and the one with the blushing face is Near."I nodded and heard L's voice."Hello Mello,Matt,and Near."Mello smiled and walked over to L."Hey L.Guess what?Near has a crush on her."Mello said pointing at me.Near's face went beet red."N-no I don't."Near said trying to cover his face again.I smiled.He was a cute kid.I looked back at L.He looked suprised and said,"Really?"Mello nodded and smiled at me.L looked at me and shrugged.He then led us to the couch and chairs.I sat next to him.Mello and Matt both took the chairs so Near sat next to me.I could tell he was still blushing as he stared at the ground.I looked at him for a sec,but then heard Mello's voice."So L,are you two really dating?"I blushed now and looked at L.He was smiling.He looked at me then at Mello,and nodded.Mello's eyes widened.He looked suprised.I looked at Matt.It was hard to see his eyes because of his goggles,but they looked big by how much I could see them.I now looked at Near.He looked suprised yet at the same time sad and disappointed.I smiled and sat back.L smiled and sat normally and sat back to.He pulled me into his lap and I laid my head on his chest.Mello looked even more suprised,but the look changed.He leaned back on his chair and said,"This should be fun."He took out some chocolate and took a piece off.He threw it to Matt.He then took another piece off and threw it to Near.Near and Matt both ate their pieces.He threw one to L.He took one more piece off and said,"You want some?"I nodded and caught it.I put it in my mouth and swallowed it.I said,"Thanks."He smiled and ate more of his chocolate.We all started talking.While we were talking we found out that Mello and Matt had a place to stay,but Near didn't.So before I could think,my mouth moved faster then my mind,as I said,"Why doesn't he stay here tonight?"I looked up at L,his face looked paler.I looked at Near.His eyes were wide and his face was red.Mello was the first to talk in the silence."Well I guess that would work.But Ash,try keeping these two apart."He said pointing at Near and L.L was looking at Mello and Near was staring at me still.Mello and Matt said they had to go,so we all said goodbye to them as they left.Me and L were by the door while Near was putting a puzzle L gave him together.L stared at me and said,"Ash,really?"I looked at Near and then back at him."Come on L,only for tonight."I kissed him on the lips.When I pulled back he nodded."OK.Tonight."I smiled and walked over to Near."Well,it look's like you can stay."He looked up at me and blushed.He then looked away and nodded and said,"OK."I smiled and noticed it was past 11:00."Well guess it's time for sleep."I walked over to L and asked,"So,I think he needs some blanket's."I said pointing at Near.L nodded and grabbed a blanket and pillow.He handed them to Near.Near took them.I could see the looks they gave each other,and they weren't happy looks.They were more glaring.L then walked back to me."There."He said.He didn't sound happy.I wanted to ask why he sounded mad and why him and Near glared at each other,but thought otherwise.He walked over to the room we were sleeping in and looked at me.I gave him a look which said,'I'll be in in just a sec.'He nodded,understanding,and walked into the room.I then walked over to Near.He was sitting just like L.He looked up at me.He blushed,but not as bad."Goodnight Near."I said.He nodded.I then walked into the room and laid next to L.Five minutes passed.Me and L laid peacefully asleep.I thought about asking him about things like,'Why'd you and Near glare at each other?'and 'Who's this B?'but thought I'd do it tomorrow,where Near could help explain.I then fell asleep on L's chest.

Near's POV:
I sat there on the couch.I couldn't tell what was happening.Do I really like HER?I could even tell myself that I did.I sat in the dark.How come L got her?Why HIM?Why not me?I didn't know.I decided to go to sleep,even though I wasn't tired.I laid down.I forgot about the covers and closed my eyes.I was now asleep.I was now dreaming.I was dreaming about me and her.I didn't know why,but I liked the dream.We were laying under the stars,enjoying it.She was beautiful,under the sparkling stars.I didn't want the dream to end.
