The US singer believes that a duet between the performers would be a “huge international story”.
Sources told a Sunday newspaper that the `Just Dance` star is planning a “shocking” performance for the awards ceremony.
The insider told the Daily Star Sunday: “Lady GaGa is being lined up to headline this year’s Brits. She’s expected to be up for three awards so is planning a killer performance.
“When she heard Susan was also in talks to perform, she made it her mission for them to perform together. She always likes to shock and knows a performance with Susan Boyle would be a huge international story.
“Not only that but she genuinely loves her. Like the rest of the world she thinks her story is amazing.”
Lady G has said that she was in awe of Susan’s achievements since first appearing on the reality talent show last May.
She told The Sun: “I love Susan Boyle. She is my woman of the year. She has achieved more in this year than most artists will in a lifetime.
“This time last year nobody even knew who she was and now she is knocking the world’s most established artists off the album and singles charts.
“Our styles are different. I don’t know if we could work together, but never say never. It would be great to work with somebody of that talent.”
