10 Weird Facts About Taemin

When he was young, he was the type of boy who chose dogs over girls, though I don’t blame him for having high standards with that kind of face.
He probably watched porn since he was a teenager but it was only revealed during the Lucifer era, so when he was around 17-18 years old.
He was caught reading a very gross-kind-of-perverted Japanese manga in 2010, and most people who tried to read it couldn’t go further than six pages (let’s just say that’s it’s extremely perverted in a sick/psychotic kind of way and very, very, graphic… from what I can remember; those first six pages contain a guy having chopsticks stuck in his anal hole and bleeding while playing ping pong with fat, hairy guys walking around naked.)
He actually shaves…though I cannot imagine it, but there is one picture of him together with Jonghyun and Minho with their faces smeared with a shaving cream that was released in the SHINee’s Lucifer album (Type B). Apart from that, he has pretty much always waxed his legs (I don’t think there was a single time when he exposed his legs that weren’t perfectly smooth and glowing, and sometimes, he even shaves his armpits but rarely…)
Opposite to a popular belief, Taemin isn’t actually shy or awkward around girls…in fact, he has done a LOT of skinship with girls in the past, from sexy couple dancing to back-hugging and kissing girls on the cheeks, to lying his head on their lap. Watch BoA’s “Disturbance” music video or the fancam of one of his moments with f(x)’s Krystal if you don’t believe me. Actually, there are a lot of older moments TaeminXGirls moments, like the time he appeared on a popular Korean TV Show, “Invincible Youth,” to when he performed on, “You Can Dance.” He also quite close to f(x) members and some Girls’ Generation members.
Taemin is skinny enough to be called anorexic (or he would be called that if he lived in the United Kingdom, though he did put on some muscle mass lately so it’s all good (he still weights not a lot though)), however, damn him, he actually eats a lot! The reason why he is (again; damn him) so skinny even though he eats like a born glutton is because, believe it or not, dancing and moving around all day burns calories super fast and he also said it himself once that he eats often in small portions which helps your body to burn calories which is also good for your health. Lucky bitch.
Taemin is actually probably the manliest one in SHINee (along with Jonghyun) when it comes to their personalities. And I’m not talking about the Taemin from the past but the newfound Taeman. He is still a total adorkable klutz but since Key doesn’t even bother to act masculine, Minho acts pretty gay, and Onew is a walking ball of fluff, he got to keep the place as the second the manliest member of SHINee judging from the personality (though recently his looks turned pretty manly (and hot) as well so he is kind of both.)
Unfortunately, Taemin is so un-hyung-ish that even his best friend, Kai, who is younger than him, mind you, treats him like a child and even kicks and pushes him around (while playing) which is still a very bold move to do in South Korea to a person older than you since SK is all about “respect your elders” and such. Sad, but true. No one treats him his age.
Taemin once said that if he was a girl, he’d date himself since when he looks in the mirror, he looks good enough (sorry, I have no link but it was during a fan meeting last year).
He is the only member in SHINee with his own theme song. I bet Key and Jonghyun are super jealous because of that.
