(I also wrote a Hugo Weasley version of this, In case you saw it)
I woke up to the sound of my mother. ''Lily! Come downstairs, It's time for breakfast!'' ''Coming!''
I yelled. I got up slowly, and tried to decide on what to wear. I just picked out a pink t-shirt (my favorite color) and jeans. I trudged down-stairs, only to find my mother, father,James and Albus up sitting at the kitchen table. It was odd that Albus and James are up before me,because I am usually the first one of us up. I sat down. ''Lily, are you ok?'' Albus asked. I nodded. ''Yeah,I'm fine.'' I answered. ''Did you two pack your trunks?'' My mother asked. Albus swallowed a mouthful of Orange Juice. ''Last night.'' ''And you, James?'' My mother asked sternly. I knew why. James was a little bit forgetful, and didn't always do things the way people wanted him to. ''Well?'' My mother repeated again, her hands on her hips. A sheepish grin came across his face. ''Well, Mum, you see I was really tired last night-'' ''And you didn't pack your trunk, did you? Well, James Potter, I have four words for you. Go.Do.It.Now.'' My brother, looking truly scared, got up and went to pack his trunk. Twenty minutes later, we were all ready to go. James had packed his trunk, (probably messily, since that's the way he usually does) Albus had put a last-minute item in,and I had grabbed my purse. I always took it with me,wherever my family went. We all climbed into our mini-van, me in the back, and Albus and James in the middle, and Mum and Dad in the front. After a small millenium, we got to King's Cross Station. I saw my cousin Hugo, and knew he was going through the same thing I was. So,I ran over to him.''Hi Hugo.'' I said to him. He looked up and it seemed like it took him a second to answer. ''Hi Lily. I'm just sort of...feeling lonely. Already.'' He looked like he was on the verge of tears. ''It's ok Hugo,'' I said softly. ''I feel the same way about both James and Albus leaving. It'll make the house feel...empty.'' ''Yeah,'' He answered. ''I guess I just hope that when I get there, I'll be in the same House as her.'' I knew what he was talking about. If all five os us got into the same house, we could all talk to each other easily. If we weren't that meant less talking time and classes together. ''We will Hugo. We will.'' After that, it was silent between us. We all boarded the platform and said our goodbyes to one another. I just looked at James, and all he said was ''See you at Christmas Lily'' But I got even more from Albus. ''Lily, I'll see you in December. But I'll also be home five months after that, and then we have a summer together.'' He finished. ''Only the summer?'' I asked, stunned. ''No,no, Lily, we have forever.'' ''No one lives forever.'' I whispered. Albus leaned down towards me. ''No,'' He whispered, so low it was only for me to hear,''But we have our souls that live on after us.'' Then, he planted a kiss on my cheek and got onto the train. The only thing that I could think of as that train rolled away, was that technically, everyone lived forever. And that was a good thought to have, when your brothers left for Hogwarts.
