Yes. I think you should read the books. They have so much detail. They are truly amazing. If you think that the show is good, (if you watch it), then you will think the books are so much better

yes you definnily should read vampire diaries and the other books if you want there all good ive only read the first 2 books but now i got the other 2 books for christmas so now i can read the other 2 now. theres only four books in vampire diaries the original series the now she written some vampire diaries books for here return series because she took sometime away from writting the series like 17 years so lj smith decided to start a new continueation of the series. the secret circle series is good to by lj smith and also night world series is good.
Of Course You Should! They are very good. Just don't get caught up in the tv series first, it's all wrong. The books are muuuch better.I think, in my opinion,they are better than the Twilight series.If you go on LJane Smith's website,it tells you that the last book of the series is 711 pages! Soo, exciting.
