"I'm so sorry. I'm so so sorry Princess" Michael whispered as he wrapped his arms around Ashley. Ashley cried in Michael's arms but not for long. When she regained her composure, she let go of Michael and ran upstairs. "Ashley wait!" Michael said following Ashley. Ashley went to her room and locked the door. She didn't want to see or talk to anybody right now. Then there was a knock at her door but she did not open it. She knew it was Michael and she had no mood to see him right now. "Ashley open up please" Michael begged. Ashley ignored and started to cry again. "Please Ashley, please open up" Michael pleaded once more. Ashley did not hear him this time. She was lost in her thoughts whether to leave or not. Michael was still on Ashley's door. Still pleading and begging for her to open up. When he was about to lose hope, he sat down on the floor and began to sob. Meanwhile, Ashley felt so hurt. It was like the weight of the world was on her shoulders. Then she finally made up her mind. She was going to leave. Not only for her own good, but for Michael's good also. She pulled her small bag from underneath her bed and started packing the few belongings she had. When she was ready to leave, she opened the door of her room and saw Michael weeping. At that moment, she felt that she didn't want to go. But she knew she had to. "Michael" Ashley whispered. Michael heard and turned around. He smiled when he saw Ashley finally showing up. He stood up and hugged her tightly. When he let go, he noticed Ashley carrying a small bag. He tried not to think about the bad possibilities. "What is the bag for?" Michael asked. Ashley looked down. "I'm so sorry Michael" Ashley replied. "No. Please don't leave" Michael begged. "I'm sorry Michael but I have to. It's for the good of both of us" Ashley said unable to fight the tears. "How does this do good for me?" Michael said blocking Ashley's way to prevent her from leaving. "I won't let you" Michael said as tears rolled down his cheeks. While Michael was wiping his cheeks, Ashley found a chance to escape and she immediately ran downstairs. When Michael realized that Ashley was gone, he ran downstairs and saw Ashley running for the door. Michael ran faster than Ashley and blocked the door. "Michael please, aren't you getting tired of this?" Ashley said. "No and I am not tired of you either" Michael replied. "But..." Ashley said being cut off. Before Ashley could continue what she was saying, Michael kissed her long and hard on the lips. Ashley was losing the battle. She felt his lips so soft and sweet. But she knew she had to fight. She pushed Michael away from her. "I'm sorry Michael. That doesn't work" Ashley said. "Please stay Ashley. I can't live without you. My life isn't worth it if I don't have you" Michael said. "That still doesn't work" Ashley said putting her hands on her hips. "Alright then. Does this work?" Michael said grabbing a knife from the counter. "What are you doing with that knife?" Ashley asked worriedly. "So you're going to leave me huh?" Michael said. "Yes I am" Ashley replied heading for the door. "Like I told you, my life isn't worth it without you. And I really really mean it. So, since you're leaving me alone, I'll just have to kill myself" Michael said. "You don't mean it" Ashley said daringly. "Wanna see me try?" Michael said. He was about to struck himself but Ashley screamed "Wait!" "Yes?" Michael said finally smiling. "Alright Michael. I'll stay" Ashley said with a shy smile. "Yes!" Michael jumped for joy. "But only because you wanted to kill yourself" Ashley said. Ashley went upstairs and took a shower while Michael got dressed. They were going to go watch a magic show but what Ashley didn't know was that Michael had a big surprise for her. Ashley wore a short red dress with matching red shoes. She let her hair hang loose and she didn't wear any make-up because she knew that Michael liked girls with less make-up on. When she came downstairs, Michael couldn't stop staring at her for one second. He was so amazed by her beauty. Meanwhile, Michael was wearing the clothes he used in his "THE WAY YOU MAKE ME FEEL" video. Michael took Ashley's hand and looked in the window if the paparazzi was still there. When the coast was clear, they hurriedly went to the limo and headed for the stadium where the magic show will be held. Michael and Ashley had a private seat on the 2nd floor so that they will not get mobbed by the fans. They enjoyed very much during the whole show. Before the show ended, Michael was called to the stage "Come on" Michael said pulling Ashley's hand. "No Michael. They only asked you to come to the stage. Not me" Ashley replied. "Come on. Pleeeeaaassseee!" Michael pleaded. "Okay" Ashley said getting off her seat. "Here he is folks. THE KING OF POP, Michael Jackson" the magician said. "Thank you. Hello everybody" Michael said as the fans started screaming and applauding. "Thank you all for your warm welcome. I would like all of you to meet my girlfriend, Ashley Thompson" Michael exclaimed. "Ummm... Hi everyone" Ashley said as the fans started to applaud. "Today I came here to make a very important announcement" Michael said smiling at Ashley. Michael took Ashley's hand and knelt down holding s small red box on his other hand. "Ashley Thompson, I, Michael Jackson, am asking you; WILL YOU MARRY ME?" Michael asked with love in his eyes. The fans started to scream "Say Yes!!!"... Ashley started to cry tears of joy as she whispered "Yes". "What?" Michael asked. "I said yes Michael" Ashley replied a little louder. "The fans can't hear you" Michael winked. Ashley grabbed the microphone and said "Yes Michael. Yes I will" Ashley said as the fans started screaming and applauding. Michael put the ring on Ashley's finger. It was a real diamond and gold encrusted diamond worth a million dollars. The fans got even more wild as Ashley flung into Michael's arms and Michael kissed Ashley softly on the lips. After the show, Michael went back to the limo. Exhausted but happy. Ashley could not believe that she was soon-to-be Mrs. Jackson. She went closer to Michael and leaned her head on his shoulder and Michael smiled. "Congratulations Mrs. Jackson" Michael said lovingly. "I love you so much" Ashley said as she kissed Michael on the lips as she slowly dozed off on the shoulder of her husband-to-be...
