November is one month Miley Cyrus has been looking forward to all year long, as she's getting ready to celebrate her birthday. The Hannah Montana star is preparing to turn 17 on the 23rd, and she's already planning what theme she'll have for the party.
According to Showbiz Spy, the pop music artist revealed that she wants to pay tribute to one of her idols on her special day. "I really want to do a Dolly Parton themed party for my 17th but it's going to be really cold so I don't want to go to Dollywood because it's going to be freezing," Miley exclaimed.
