Framia: First Time

Jamia’s light colored eyelashes batted against the pillow as her large eyes slowly opened. She felt Frank’s breath on the nape of her neck, slightly ragged but content at the same time. She smiled to herself as the sunday morning light peaked through the windows of of the room Frank claimed at his dad’s house. She was about to let her eyes close to dream about what had happened the night before when Frank’s sweetly gritty voice whispered in her ear.
“Good morning, soulmate.” Jamia flushed at the words he chose. It’s not like she didn’t agree with him - she did, one hundred percent - but to hear it vocalized was something straight out of a Jennifer Aniston romantic comedy; sappy and dramatically romantic.
“Good morning to you too, soulmate.” She rolled over and snuggled her pale face into his exposed, warm chest as his arms slipped across her bare waist. Frank smiled to himself. He finally had lost It - and to someone he knew was right for him. Sure, their school, their consolers, her parents, and his mom preached about abstinence every five milliseconds; but they didn’t care. They were going to marry each other one day. He took her small, warm hand and traced the outline of the plain silver promise ring he gave her only weeks ago. She squeezed his hand, which had an identical ring as well. She threw her arms around her boyfriend as he held her close and kissed her ten thousand ways.
“If you couldn’t tell from last night, I love you from the bottom of my heart.” he purred in her ear, his voice cracking slightly as he smiled at her.
“I love you so much.” she breathed out before inhaling Frank’s kiss. Instead of getting hot and bothered again, they simply decided to lay back in bed; Jamia used Frank’s chest for a pillow as they flipped through issues of Fangoria and The Rolling Stone as Black Flag lulled softly in the background, whispering “I love you” ’s to each other as if their world would cave in if they were to raise their voices...
