Nikki's Thoughts
Chapter 1: Lovestruck... again.
Previous New Moon scene (Rosalie's POV):
Bella and Edward arrived into the living room as I nestled into Emmett's chest. He held me firmly but I soon let go, preparing to give my present to Bella.
"Rosalie, you're first!" Alice said as she handed me a little silver package.
"Here. It's a necklace. Alice picked it out." I said I handed it weakly to Bella.
"Thanks." Bella said as she put the present aside. I went back on the staircase and Emmett held my waist as I held his hand. Bella opened Emmett's present and then another.
Some blood oozed out of her finger as she said, "Ouch. Papercut."
Edward tensed and glanced at the blood seething into the beige carpet and then at Jasper, who looked uncontrollably thirsty…
Nikki's POV:
"CUT! Great job, everyone!" Chris shouts as he claps his hands, "That's it for now, see you all this afternoon!"
I walk out of the studio, studying my little script for that afternoon, when I bump head first into Kellan.
"Woah, watch out next time…" He says as he grabs me and chuckles, his rusty voice making me a bit lightheaded, but I snap out of it as quickly as I can.
"Oh, sorry… thanks," I say as I continue walking to the changing rooms.
"Hey," Kellan says as I turn around to see him facing me. "Do you wanna go get something to eat?" he asks.
"Um…" Yes, yes, yes! I think on and on and manage to say, "Sure, wait just a sec…" before I run into the change rooms.
We walk to a little Café near the set…
We sit at a small table for two in the back of the Café near a window. I sit down and can't help but stare at Kellan and think, Will I ever be able to get over him? I… still love him. No, that can't be right…
I hear Kellan's voice faintly, but I'm thinking too hard to mind, "… And then Rosalie says…"
No, I can't possibly still love him… at least I think I can't, Kristen and Ashley tell me I do, but… no, I can't, we've broken up… I think as I hold back a tear.
"Rosalie… I mean, Nikki… hello, anyone home?" he asks as he waves hysterically in front of me, and I snap out of it.
"Huh? Oh sorry…" I say as I look down, still arguing with myself.
"NIKKI… your line… will it come out of your mouth one day?" he asks, so I clear my throat and reads my line as well as I can, and continue to argue with myself.
"Uh hum… Are you done already?" Kellan asks, a bit annoyed.
I quickly lift my head up, "Oh uh… yeah… Kellan…"
In my head I am screaming, Am I REALLY gonna tell him?
"I have something to tell you…" we both say at the same time.
"Sorry, you go first… what?" I say, to waste time…
"You've been acting pretty weird around me lately…" he says as he smiles.
"Hm…" I look down, blushing.
"So what was it you were gonna say?"
I sigh, and think, Here goes nothing… "I… uh… I…"
"You…"
"I… I… I lo…" I try to say as his eyes are wide open…
I scream to myself,I can't do it… no, it'll ruin everything! Almost wanting to cry.
"I… I… love… your new shoes!" I say out of nowhere thinking, Are his shoes even new?
Kellan raises a brow. "Um… thanks… I got them at Foot Locker… you were there…"
Oh man! I think and laugh weakly. "Was I? Oh, well, I love them so much… I wanted to tell you again…"
That was close… will I ever be able to tell him? I think as I hold back a few other tears.
I see him smirk, probably amused at what I had said. Man, he's cute when he does that… I'll never be able to get over him… I sigh as I leave the Café with Kellan.
Back at the studio…
Previous New Moon scene (Jasper's POV):
I stroke Alice's soft jet black hair when she suddenly tenses up. She saw a vision, I was sure of it.
"What is it? What did you see?" I whisper as I hold her hand.
She looks at me strait into they eyes and I know something was wrong.
"It's Bella…" She says as her voice quivers. I slowly rub her back to comfort her.
"She… she jumped off… a cliff…" She manages to say.
"Is she… dead…?" I can't help but worry, even if I had been on the brim of killing her myself.
"No. I have to go to Forks. I have to go check on her… Edward will be worried…"
"Are you sure?" I ask, not wanting her to leave.
"Yes. I promise you, nothing will happen to me. I'llbe back soon… I love you Jasper." She says as she gives me a sweet peck on the lips.
"I love you too Alice," I say before she runs out the door…
Nikki's POV:
"Hey Nik," Kristen says as she pats my shoulder while watching the scene with me, "How's the Kellan drama coming along?" she asks.
I quickly cover her mouth. "Shh… here he comes, Kris, and it isn't coming along… at all."
Kristen walks away practically talking to Kellan while 'screaming' to me, saying: "Well see ya later… and by the way… YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO HIDE IT ANY LONGER…"
Kellan walks and stands by me. "What was that all about?" he says as he points towards Kristen.
"Nothing!" I say as I try to laugh, "You know Kris, always being her weird-lovable-self…"
"Especially with you…" he says as he looks suspiciously at me and laughs.
"What?" I say, oblivious.
"No you just looked funny…" he says as he imitates my look, "As if you were hiding something…" he looks suspiciously at me and laughs again "Nah, I'm just messing with ya…"
"Oh… haha…" I blush and think: I am going to kill Kris for this… as I walk away. Kellan, what will I do with you… maybe Ashley can help…
Kellan's POV:
"Nice job, man." I shout as I clap my hands loudly and smack Jakcson's hand.
"So are you positive Nikki still has a 'thing' for you?" Jackosn asks me, for the millionth time today, and laughs.
"Are you positive Ashley has a 'thing' for you?" I retort back, and sigh. "I don't know, it's weird…"
"Well, do you have a 'thing' for her?" he asks after a few seconds.
"Ye… N… I really don't know Jackson, probably…"
"Well we'll just have to wait and see huh?" he says as he pats my back and walks away.
"Yeah guess so…" I say as I keep thinking, I hope so… I think I may still like her… maybe just a bit… oh well. I smile and shake my head as I leave the building.
Does Kellan really still 'like' Nikki? Will Nikki tell Kellan her secret one day? What will happen if she does? Can Nikki keep her secret hidden for that long?
